The carpet in the room was dirty and the room smelled musty Maybe using some damprid would help. The iron had a black crust on it and was unusable.

The staff was friendly and professional. We had to check in early We were charged 35 dollars. The bathroom was updated and there was plenty of hot water

Not very clean, the gym wasn't working as it was under repairs.

Couldn't expect a lot from it, just a one late night stay to recharge and continue our trip. Breakfast was below par, and staff wasn't the most friendly, but there was little interaction

I didn't like that there wasn't an elevator to the 2nd floor. Although that wasn't a problem for me; I hope that for people with disabilities accommodations is being met.

First I will say the hotel is in a great location; accessible seconds from the freeway and also within two miles from the University of Toledo. There are numerous of national chain restaurants and retail stores in the area. The hotel and room were clean however, furniture/carpeting in the room and bathroom fixtures is very outdated. Moreover, for the rooms located on the second floor you will have to take one flight of steps, as there isn't an elevator in the building. Check in was efficient. Breakfast was decent. Overall, good value for the money. Just comes down to your price point and preference of the type of hotel you like to stay when visiting this city.

I did not like that front desk told me that they had no extra blankets. I asked front desk and the young man on the late shift gave me an explanation that “so many people asked for xtra blankets tonight, they were all gone”…. ?????? .. and it’s summer time!??..

What I did like about the motel was there was restaurants around there and that was good so we didn't go too far.

The rooms wasn't that clean we had to keep going down and getting a new key for our room you can stand outside and smell the marijuana close to the building you know I spent two days there and it cost me you know Fortune cuz it was a Thursday and Friday or Friday Saturday I don't remember which one it was but the only way I stay there again is if I get two nights free because I just felt uncomfortable if you can make it better for me and make it worth my while I will stay there again but it's on you guys

The electric went out and we didn't get breakfast because the power went out. We had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. We requested a late checkout since the power went out so we could wait for the power to come back on but we were denied a courtesy late check out. We couldn't enjoy a hot shower because the power went out and there was no back up generator. The bed was very hard and the room could use some updates.

The staff was friendly and we were able to park close to our room.

The room was on the second floor there was no elevator and I had my disabled mother. They put us on the first be floor in a room with a broken tv and we had to move across the hall, to a broken heater. The heater got fixed, the bathroom was tiny. We were told we couldn't take any of the continental breakfast food to our room for my mom who can't walk well and have to eat with her medicine, just not a very comfortable stay

Cleaning could have been better, when I was walking into the room they said it was just deep cleaned and the bed and Mattress is stained bad.
