Dors of rooms bang. The hotel management should fix that. Causes disturbances at night.. Breakfast could be improved by adding boiled eggs.

There was no hot water. When I told the front desk, he just said, "That's weird, I'll tell maintenance." So that was no help. We also woke up to ants in my dogs food bowl, so there's definitely an ant problem.

Took a swim in the pool and it was freezing cold. The toilet in the room would rock back and forth when you sat down or got up from it.

The cost of the room was nice and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and polite. The room was clean and neat.

Carpet was dirty. . Plugs didn't work. Light switches didn't work. Everything was damp. The whole facility smelled like the over chlorinated pool. The breakfast was terrible. Cereal was stale.

The first room we were in the pull out bed was broken and clothes from a previous person were left in the bathroom.

The location was close to the highway and had plenty of food options near by. The staff was very helpful with our accommodations.

Elevator was broken our room was in second floor. Everything we kept for the day we had to have our room keys recalibrate. Room was never cleaned the 4 days we were there. Did not have wash clothes. We always stay here when in town. Was a true let down this visit. Still no benches outside

the pool was gross WAY too much clorine and the water was still gross looking and green it was crazy loud in there too when kids were playing. Not the kids fault just the eco chamber in there was really bad.

Upon check in the manager was a bit pushy and I couldn't understand his accent. After receiving my key I requested a ride to the airport to pick-up my friend. He could not understand nor could the shuttle driver why I wanted to go to the airport if I was not flying out. It all got resolved. Driver had mentioned multiple time about tipping on the 15 minute ride to and from the airport.

Close to DTW and there is a shuttle from the hotel.

it was more like a truck stop then family hotel. I asked for a wake up call and never got it.

The washer was out of order and had been for a while based on the foul odor. breakfast was barely the bare necessities. no butter, meat or boiled eggs. no toast or jelly. the waffles were watered down and the syrup had a foul taste to the point I spit it in the garbage. the coffee was decent. this is the worst I’ve experienced.

I was charged 50.00 to check in early. I asked ahead of time, and it was told to me once I got there. If I had known that. I would have booked somewhere else. The guy at this desk was rude and could have cared less. No greeting upon walking up. And still have not received my $50.00 Deposit back yet!!!

The pool was cold.The shower knob was loose and it was hard to keep the water temperature consistent. We went to breakfast at 7am, and all of the muffins/danishes were already gone, the yogurt was gone, and the milk for the cereal was warm. when we asked the manager if we could get a danish or muffin, he was rude and told us that was it for the day. if they advertise breakfast until 9am, there should be enough food for all of your guests.

The hotel was close to EMU campus. the rooms were very clean.

Room cleanliness wasn’t terrible but certainly not the best. I could have done without finding a pepperoni in open of the drawers and ramen noodles in the other.

The room was dingy, with unsafe furniture. The sofa bed supports were all broken and collapsed when my child tried to use it. The desk was completely unstable and dangerous. We didn't have any body size towels in our room and, upon request, were given two (for 4 people). Same with bedding, none was provided for the sofa bed and when we paid for a roll away bed and asked for bedding for both, we were given sheets but only one pillow and one blanket. That just doesn't work for two children. I could go on but those are the highlights. Just a poor experience overall and not somewhere we will stay again.

Location was good, amount of space in the room was generous. Kids loved that there was an indoor pool.
