United States of Americait was very run down. pictures online showed renovated rooms, most of the hotel was very out dated like original 1990’s decor. our room had a broken vanity leg, broken hair dryer, stains on the walls, water damage in the drawers and cabinets in the Kitchenette. the landing outside the elevator had a whole in the tile floor next to the ice machine that did not work. broken tiles in hallways. patches of carpet ripped up also. the indoor pool room was very dirty. nasty carpet and a dangerous wooden make shift platform covering what once was the hot tub. elevator leaked water from the ceiling, very very run-down. signs said under new management hoping they can get it all cleaned up. the staff was very nice.

United States of AmericaArrived at the hotel and no one was at the front desk. Had to wait several minutes before someone showed up. Hotel now charges a $100 deposit, which I've never had to pay. Stayed at this property several times. The lighting is poor in the hallways. Lighting needs to be improved. Bed was very uncomfortable.

USAFamily and I in town for Mardi Gras, first time staying at your hotel, location of hotel was great, shopping restaurants perfect. The hotel is old and in need of major overhaul, noticed sign of renovations to be done. I had 2 rooms reserved the rooms I was given were not the rooms I expected. The rooms were small and clean BUT they were not in the best shape, room doors need replacing. The microwave was not cleaned, shower curtain could be updated, bathtub had mold around the edge in the sealant. Everything needs replacing furniture, bedding, doors. Breakfast menu could use a makeover as well. Hope to see major changes by my next trip. We had a great time

United States of AmericaThe place is under construction. I asked for a late check out and they were kind enough to give it to me. I had a 1pm appointment. When I got situated to take a bath, I realized the water was off. I was not informed prior to that the water was off in the building by the construction company. I could not take a bath until almost 1230. Where I needed to go. It was about 40 minutes away. Therefore I did not make it to my 1 o’clock appointment. I came a day early to conduct business . I respectfully requesting that my funds be returned to me in full for my inconvenience. That will at least take care of my gas. I live in Birmingham. I am four hours away.

The instructions about which door to go in on the side of the building could have been more specific so we wouldn't stumble into a construction zone unaware.

It was no breakfast the place looks like a horror movie. The whole downstairs look like the hotel had a fire on that floor and they try remodel it .when went to go to my room yellow tape and plastic all around elevator doesn’t work you have to take stairs.
