You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe PAID for a roll away bed which looked like it was from 1970. It was an old-style spring mattress that was old, dingy and fraying and was only about 2 inches thick at the most. There was literally no padding in it at all. We had to go out and purchase an egg crate mattress cover in order to use it. The rooms could use some updating with newer bedding and air conditioning. The pool area was ok but could use a little TLC. Spa didn't work. I was just a heated tub.
Breakfast was good and offered for a good time frame. The staff were nice and welcoming. The rooms and lobby were clean. The price was reasonable.

United States of AmericaI didn't get the room I reserved. I reserved a room that had two queen beds with an extra queen room in it. They gave me a room with only two queen beds and charged me the same price. Also, there was no one in the room next to us. The door to that room was opened when we came and remained open until I informed someone at the desk that it was opened and someone left their clothes in there.
Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and accomendating.

United States of Americawhen we arrived our room was not even clean. we were moved to another handicap room that was only so so. no roll in shower, the blinds didn’t work(permanently up),and a horrible patch job that wasn’t covered up right. we were debating staying at all because they didn’t know when the room we booked was going to be cleaned. after 4 hours, we returned to see if the room was cleaned and luckily it was. they let us move to our original handicap room and everything was good. if that room hadn’t been ready, we probably would have went home.
we liked the location of the property and how close it was the Clinton, Iowa.
