We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI sent the hotel a message in advance that I needed a refrigerator to keep my insulin cold and that would be checking out around 5pm because I had to wait for transportation. I received an email confirmation that my requests had been received and would be met with no extra charge. However, around 11:30am a male staff member told me that I had to check out or pay for an extra night. I even showed him the email but he said the email was only referring to the refrigerator. So he charged me an extra $100 which was covered by the $100 deposit I paid at check-in as required.
The hotel was clean and convenient. The staff that I encountered were very friendly (with one exception).

United States of AmericaThe morning breakfast was ok except the one gentleman couldn't keep the eggs, sausage full there was 2 days that I didn't get any eggs n1 morning the sausage was cold still. However the gentlemen that took care of the breakfast I guess preferred to keep going outside to smoke other than keep refreshing the breakfast that they offer every morning for the guest🤔🤔 this area DEFINITELY needs some attention🤔🤔 also the toilet n my room over flowed in the middle of the night by. It self n woke us up from the sound it was making so I went to the front desk n ask for a plunger n NO one came to me until I kept saying hello like 4 times than the Young boy looked like I had just woken him up in really sorry if I did wake him but I had NO choice the situations couldn't hit worse had I NOT taken care of that 😔
The house keeping ladies were very friendly .. N EVERYTHING I needed day by day it didn't matter if she was assigned to my room THEY always gave me what I needed🥰 great job to the housekeepers👍💯💯😘

I liked the amenities in the room: refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, closet space, numerous lights and outlets, comfy work space and a very nice shower! I appreciated having protein at breakfast (I ate the hard boiled eggs) but would have also liked some plain yogurt. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

My hubby and I traveled for 2 days for our anniversary and it was nice. The breakfast was ok. I enjoy the Otis Spunkmeyer blueberry muffins. The tea was delicious. It was hot and felt good considering it was cold in the morning. The location is in walking distance to everything. Walmart is right across the street. The mall, food, entertainment is right there! We will definitely stay again! We checked in at night and the lady at the front desk was awesome. She showed that she was concerned by asking us if everything was alright once we checked in and headed out. She told us a couple food places. She was the best!

United States of AmericaShower door no seal or stops, so leaked to the floor outside. How to work the shower head to keep from getting scaled was tricky, and less than obvious. Had to get help from the desk; reported door. Key card to the room, counter-intuitive, with writing upright one way and a tiny icon in a corner to actually show how it should be inserted into the door opposite of the writing. In a hurry to first enter the room, leads one to think one is locked out or key does not work. Desk came to help with no issue or attitude.
Delightful stay. Compact room but very serviceable. Would have liked to stay longer.

It was so easy to book online, especially late (9 p.m.) as we were traveling. I liked that there was a grab bar in the shower, but it wasn't in a functional spot. I liked the shower stall, but the water pressure was really weak. The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
