It looked as though the bedsheets had not been changed as there was hair, a fair amount of specs hiding at the foot of the bed when the covers were pulled all the way open, as well as a few small cream coloured bits which I could not identify and was nervous about them being bed bug eggs, however I have not seen any in real life and I really cannot say if they were or something else. I’m sure if we told the staff they would have been able to assist us, however as we arrived very late at night after a whole day driving and were keen to sleep asap, and were only staying for 1 night, we decided to sleep on top of the blanket instead as the top and the pillows appeared all clean. Everything else in the room was surprisingly very clean, only the bedsheets! Other than this it was a lovely stay.

Amazing location for visiting Sequoia National Park! It was really helpful to have the 24 hour front desk as our drive to the hotel took a lot longer than expected and we arrived quite late in the night. Complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of car parks available. In our room, everything was very clean, except for the bed sheets.

Breakfast room becomes too crowded. Everything is plastic and single use, and this creates a lot of waste. It was kind of disturbing to see.

During our stay, breakfast was understaffed, which was unfair for the one lady who had the impossible task of cooking, cleaning and replenishing all the food and drink. Hotel reception could be friendlier and more welcoming but in light of the understaffing, I can understand why.

It's a bit pricey but we stayed there during spring break season. And the free breakfast is pretty basic.

Location is great. Right on the main road driving into Sequoia National Park. Three Rivers is a charming little town. The hotel has nice views of the mountains around. The building feels new and the room is super clean and comfy. And the kids loved the hot tub and swimming pool.

Maybe the restaurant is fast full and a bit too much plastic instead of cuttlery. Otherwise it was really fine.

The place was really comfortable and clean! The towels folded in some flowers, everything was settled perfectly, beds were comfortable … This is a very good value for money! We don’t understand why the ratings were around 7. It deserves better.

No charging for EVs. Just 110 outlets the made me run the cord over the sidewalk. Door didn't seal around the bottom which made for a wicked draft. Room was next to stairs which rattled with every step

It was very close to the entrance of the park and also clean. Perfect place to stay at if you're visiting the park.
