There wasn’t any hot water for showering, there was a funky stench in the room, & the window was hard to close

We were disappointed with the breakfast. As diabetics we need a good breakfast that isn't all carbs. We went to Wegman's and bought breakfast foods.

It was quiet for the most part and the location was close to my daughter. The second night was much better than the first as the first night it was very hot and the neighbors were arguing until about 1:00 AM when we called the desk and they came up and spoke to them. We went to my daughter's the next morning and when we came back a couple hours later and walked into the room it was like a sauna. We called the front desk and when they came up they were surprised at how hot it was in there. The heating/cooling system was messed up and couldn't be plugged in. She told us we could move to the room next door, which we did. The second night was much better.

Jacked up prices it went from 1000 b4 taxes bi weekly to 1000 week and definitely not worth 400 on weekends maybe if had pool and gym i would consider

Staff in the front of the facility smoking Marijuana..I had my window open therefore the scent was in the room..also staff is never at the desk whenever you need something. Staff not professionally dressed in uniform or appearance not up to par,No name tag or uniform letting customers know their staff

I had a handicapped mother I asked for another room or at least a chair and the night person Mohammed was horrendous. At one point he walked away while I was talking. I asked for a chair in lobby he said no. It was so bad that I had a guest offer his chair.

I booked a room thinking it had akitchen unfortunately it had no kitchen facilities and I was so disappointed.

What didn't I like? Everything from beginning to end.... The wonky luggage carts with wheels barely holding on and whole cart leaning and nearly tipping the entire time. When my fiancee came into lobby with our bags, worker at the front desk questioning WHO that man was and then reprimanding me for not knowing the hotels policy that ALL guests, not just who booked the room, MUST also give their I.D at check in (what??! Ive never heard of this) They had one working elevator and it takes foreverrrr The hotel hallways smell quite unpleasant. The room was DISGUSTING. Dust on top of every fixture in the entire room - mirrors, framed pictures, refrigerator, lights, shower curtain rod, and towel bars. The stove top was still dirty with food remnants.The toilet had dust, hairs, and urine on the back of the toilet seat and tank covered in dust. The sink had dried toothpaste and some unknown brown stuff still on the sink vanity. I used Clorox wipes and wiped all surfaces, knobs, phone, remote, etc. in the entire room as well as cleaning the bathroom thoroughly. The wipes were BLACK after anything I wiped. It truly did not look or smell like it had been cleaned by house keeping AT ALL. I am extremely disappointed and incredibly disgusted being charged ANY amount of money to stay here. I now understand the nightly price being on the lower side for a Friday.
