I had a cleaning guy knock on my door at 8:00 am to remind me that check out was at 11:00. I’m told this at check in so why would you wake someone up to remind them to leave by 11:00? Never have I had this happen anywhere and never would I want this to occur again!

My room didn’t have a room number. The parking lot is small for the location so I couldn’t park near my room. There were contractors just hanging around near the outside of my room for a good chunk of time.

Breakfast was good and oddly a lot of options for a small place. The room was very nice and clean.

The ac didn’t work properly, the hot water was barley warm, the door had to be slammed to get it to shut, the white sheets and pillowcases were stained with brown stuff, the night clerk was kinda snotty, there is a mandatory 100 CASH deposit. People don’t carry cash anymore. The rooms were so called remolded 1 month ago!

Although it was a newly renovated room it still smelled of smoke. We aren’t smokers. But the room was clean as best it could be Wish there could have been an ice machine a little closer.

I understand that the building was older, but cigarette smoke hit you in the face when you opened the door to the room. And I had to sign saying they the it was a smoke free room and that there would be a charge. I’m a smoker but don’t smoke in my home or any buildings. I accidentally spilled water on the floor and when I wiped it up the towel was SO dirty almost black, so obviously the floors had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. When I got ready to go to bed I pulled back the covers and was hit with a horrible smell of urine!! After pulling back the flat sheet the mattress cover looked like someone had peed on it and obviously wasn’t washed or it wouldn’t have smelled like that!! The AC unit is old and it took a LONG time for the room to cool off so I went and bought a fan along with spray to help with the smoke smell. I also took the mattress cover off and slept on top of all the blankets.

Was close to the University which is where I had businesses to attend.

The bathtub needs no slip treatment to avoid slipping. Bathroom could use another hook away from the shower. Walls could use soundproofing, especially now as they are replacing drywall. Overall very nice and clean and excellent staff.

the rooms needs deep cleaning, bathroom was awful! a lot of dust and buildup between doors in bathroom tub needs replaced toilet wasn’t cleaned, I had to ask for new sheets because hair was on the ones when we first got there. I think the rooms needs some updating done.

I didn’t get any sleep. Men were partying between 10-2 in two rooms, slamming doors. I hope you guys have outside camera. Need to make sure the facility is not getting used for human trafficking.

The room needs some general maintenance and repair, there was some kind of musty smell, not overpowering but lingering. . .not sure if the in-room fridge worked or not, i opened it and couldn't tell if it was cold. . .the shower curtain rod was barely attached to the wall which caused a sag in the curtain and then the bathroom to flood. The peeling paint job could stand to be refreshed…then there was some kind of rave going on at 345 in the morning (not the hotels fault, just a cranky old man complaint) . . .

Check-in was quick and pleasant, the room was clean…the pillows and bed were clean and comfy…
