We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There were burn holes in the bedspread and, even more telling, a plastic bag over the smoke detector. Breakfast was advertised on Booking as well as the sign on the street, but there is none. Also be aware that these rooms are available for weekly rental.
Good price, but there's a reason for that.

United States of AmericaThe air conditioner did not work well. The maintainence man came one time to check and then had working. The next day it was cooler and we did not need it for sleeping. It needed to be checked again. The door knob in the bathroom side of the door was not connected. The floors were dirty. We received several towels that were clean, but stained. The sheet on the one bed had a cigarette burn in the sheet. The ceiling in the bathroom was all moldy. The room needs to be painted. I was very disappointed in the room for an Econo Lodge.
It was in an area right off the main highway which was helpful and near stores to shop and places to eat. Until the last morning of our stay the internet was working well.

United States of AmericaFor the cost, it should have been much cleaner & there should have been amenities available for immediate use. I had to ask for soaps, towels, coffee & a "do not disturb" sign for the door. Also, most importantly, they still were not providing breakfast. Covid restrictions have been lifted, so this should not have been an issue. At least having individually packaged items available would have been nice. Not having this available should have lowered the price. Finally, there was no way to enter the lobby. All transactions had to be done through a window in the extreme heat. This felt like more of a choice of the employees, but I'm not sure.
It was in a perfect location and accessible to everything. Also, all the employees were friendly kind and accommodating.
