Smelled, beds hard, curtains broke and dark ones wouldn't close all the way and the street light was outside my window, chipped paint, stained carpets, mouse traps visible everywhere even where we ate

The drain in the bath tube was slow to drain, so you were kinda doing a half bath when you showered but the water was hot, so that was nice

The staff was super nice and so helpful. We love to stay here when we travel to Indy for appointments. Def a good place to rest your head

A little bit hard to find after dark. Google maps forces you to use a wrong access road (you end up in front of a closed gate !). Go to Keystone Avenue and use the side road next to Denny's. Earlier take the highway 65 and do NOT drive thru Indianapolis (it is a nightmare - roads are dramatically bad, bumps, potholes, no lane marking, no working street lamps !!)

Pretty good hotel for the price. Big room, comfortable bed, pretty silent area. Nice and helpful staff. The hotel is currently being modernized so it should be even better.

The hotel is dirty and worn. Carpets, walls, etc. Not maintained. Overall a comfortable hotel, but the dirty appearance leaves you short.

Well there were a few cons, the bathroom tub drain was retaining water despite the drain being open, a collection of water while I was showering was not ideal, also the toilet seat was very loose so i hope that they that get fixed. The smell of the room was a bit strange, like a dry smell of a room that hasn’t been opened in a while. No idea why.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the bed was so cozy, and I love that little reading lamps that are connected to the beside lamps, great for a mood light. Always a sucker for n armchair, and the stream in the shower was super strong! The Dennys was right next door so it was great.

There is nothing negative to say about my stay other than a broken ice machine but staff accommodated that issue.

Clean and comfortable room, this fit our budget perfectly for our trip. Staff was stressed after a power outage the day before, but were super friendly when arriving and made sure that we were comfortable. Ice machine wasnt working and staff shared ice they had to accomodate needs.

Location was right off I65 which was very important to me. Air-conditioning worked great. Looked like rooms & bathrooms had been renovated.

The property definitely needs to be updated. However it looked like some renovations we’re going on in selected rooms. In our room it had a hole cut out in the ceiling of the bathroom were the exhaust fan supposed to go. (Just a hole No fan.) Also a fallen flood light was in the pool. The light was still on so electricity was flowing to it making it unsafe for my family to swim. We told the staff and they said the owner was coming tomorrow to check it out.

The air conditioning in the room was turned off and it took us awhile to figure that out. But, after that, it was fine.

It was very close to the venue and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive.
