Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

In our room, the curtain rod detached from the wall and hair dryer wasn't working.
The pool and hot tube, clean facility, dog friendly and continental breakfast. Felt safe as well.

The last room we stayed in here had a window that couldn't be opened. It looked like it was broken. This was a minor inconvenience, as the a/c worked well. The toilet would also run if you didn't fix the handle just right. Again, not a big deal.
We enjoy staying at this hotel. It's comfortable, quiet, and a nice location. The Continental breakfast serves standard fare. The area feels safe, and there is close proximity to the reservoir, which is great for our dog (as well as general recreation). The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Fridge and microwave are an added bonus. The property is very accommodating, and the staff is friendly. We like staying here with our dog, as there is space to walk around outside, and the environment isn't overstimulating. They even provide doggy sheets for comfort in the room, and doggy treats at the front desk. (People treats too!) They are located near some restaurants, which is an added bonus.

No coffee maker in my room. I requested thatt coffee in the lobby be available by 4:30 but it was not available until 5:00 due to problems the staff encountered with another hotel client.

A barking dog across from our suite! Also the stench of mariguana was too obvious in the hallway! Stairs were noticeably dirty all the time of our stay since that was our closest in and out way to go!

Isolated location, but seems to be developing. A bit dated overall but functional.
Had all amenities desired - pool, fitness room, laundry and breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved that there were cookies in the lobby in the evenings too. Beds were comfortable

Pool was small and busy, but that might not always be the case.
Nice to get off the I-25 corridor to a quieter location that still has many amenities. The hotel is well managed and the staff are all helpful. Also has a good breakfast. Has a motorcycle wash-off and electric car charging station too. What more could you want?

An older hotel with good restaurant near by. Needed and received a later check-out. The location is great if you want to get away from the busy I-25 hotels. Beautiful mountain views.

Property is pretty tired. Directions on Google are very poor and property told me that they have had trouble with Google updating. I suggested they update it on the hotel site to warn drivers not to follow Google maps.

The hotel is sort of located in the middle of nowhere. Not particularly close to town. We found a cricket in our room...and the room itself could best be described as functional...we were in town for the State Fair so the rates were higher than I'm sure they normally are, but it did seem excessive for what the hotel offered.
The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and the dining area was very clean and the person tending to it was very friendly and attentive. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

Weekend breakfast hours are too short. The bathtub was very slow draining, causing standing in water while showering. Toilet is very low to the ground, difficult for older people to sit down on and get up from. Bathroom fan did not work.
