Clean the vents, and repair glaring holes or peeling paint, and freshen up the paint so the room doesn't appear so old and dirty.

hotel is older and rooms show their age and show wear, the fan for the ac and heat unit was very loud, and the ventilation fans and circulation fans in bathroom, and elsewhere were loaded with filthy dust. the continental breakfast was a good one, but no one was around for me to check out with. you don't really leave with a super great feeling of they cared alot from your stay.

Door had draft all the way around it. Water pressure in bathroom sink was not great. The faucet for the bathroom sink is to close to the back of the sink it’s hard to rinse your hands. Wall plugs don’t hold the plug in. It’s to loose.

electric heater didn't have temp control, just on or off, which meant constantly turning on and off. Room could use a deep cleaning behind night table/bed.

The rooms need updating. Clock didn't work and light over the vanity took about 10 minutes to come on after light switch was turned on.

Breakfast was great and fresh. The location is excellent. I felt safe traveling for work and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed is uncomfortable....the sink drain for bathroom vanity was broken...stuck in down position so sink wouldn't drain...which we reported twice but my hubby eventually fixed it himself...we went to breakfast that was included with your stay on 2 days both unsatisfactory...the first time we came at 915 and I wanted fresher scrambled eggs but never put anymore out...2nd time there was no eggs or protein offered at all n that time we arrived at 830am...also no butter m

The pool was the highlight of the stay. Still waiting for $100 deposit to be released on my credit card. It's been over 2 weeks. TV did not work and security lock was loose.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. Kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the pillows are to die for. A little issue with the lighting and tub draining but nothing major. Before we left the card did stop working and there was some miscommunication with the staff but they were helpful and got us back in the room.

I got wing sauce on a towel and was charged 7 dollars. I think that was very petty. Maybe they should've had their guests bring their own towels

as much as my towels and linen were clean, the bed was clean and surfaces clean as well, the upkeep was not up to par. the lock on my door was open to the outside, someone could put a screwdriver in there? corners of the bathroom floor were dirty. ironing board had many, many stains.
