Staff is somewhat rude, but i would say that is mainly a cultural thing. Charged $150.00 for incidentals, which is unnecessary. There is no mini bar or snacks in the room. If someone takes anything, their card is already attached to the room. They charge $25 for early check-in. It's not as if there were no rooms available because there were literally 4 cars in the parking lot at 11 am. I've never been to a hotel that charged extra if the room was available before check-in time. A/C in the room did not get very cold. Outdoor pool not usable.

Location, evening shift desk personnel, comfortable bed, and soft sheets. Room size. Breakfast is good.

The building was a bit outdated but that was being addressed.

Rooms need fixing. Certain things were broken. Carpets had a musky smell. I couldn't find a decent place to stay, so this one was available. During breakfast, the lady who was cooking just stood by the door of the kitchen just staring at everyone get their food.

The bed was clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing

The facility was well worn and looked like some renovation was underway. Not much wow factor. Housekeeping/maintenance needed attention. Toilet seat was about to fall off. Very sloppy caulking around tub. No attention to detail.

Bed & shower were good. Location was convenient to the interstate but a few blocks away so zero road noise.

The baseboards were coming off the walls. There were holes in the walls. The faucet for the shower/bath did not work. The property smelled strongly of marijuana as well.

The breakfast area was clean and nice. The food was great! The staff was mostly friendly.

We were charged an extra 25.00 dollars to get into our room an hour early. We arrived at 2 pm and check in is at 3pm. We asked if our room was ready and the attendant said yes, but it would be an extra 25.00 to check in early!

The location was central to all the events we attended but is not in the best area. Our view from the lobby was the Vigo county Juvenile justice center.

Floors were damaged (melted spots on carpet), and I had to have someone come fix my shower because it was stuck. One of the beds was unmade upon arrival to the room, and there was hair in the bathroom and on that bed. Obviously, I used the other bed in the room.. Water dripped in the shower constantly even before and after they got it to work properly. There was no one at the desk to check me out, and there was no box to put the card keys in.

Bed was comfy. They respected me and my service dog. People were helpful and friendly.

Honestly, for the location and the price I paid, it was exactly what I expected. The building is a bit run down and needs to be remodeled, but they do their best to keep it as clean as they can.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel we ok. You could see issues in the shower and throughout the room...outlets were missing, just not what I would expect from this property.

I liked the location of the hotel to the event area we were utilizing.
