I don't believe the night staff spoke English. I asked a couple of questions but he did not understand me.

The floor in the room was very squeaky. The employee that checked in my reservation was not very helpful. There were doors slamming all night with people coming and going. The walls were paper thin. And my room came with feminine items that I did not request. There was also a distinct smell of staleness. It's evident that the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. I mean most hotel rooms aren't anywhere you go but it's especially apparent at this location. I would not stay here again nor recommend this place to others.

Nothing stands out as exceptional. It was just ok.

Fire alarm was going off in the morning. Management called to ask if we wanted to extend our stay. The bathroom faucet leaked. Breakfast that morning there was no fruit or yogurt. There was no milk cartons available. The eggs looked like dried frozen scrambled eggs and the sausage was gray and did not look appetizing at all.

I was looking for oatmeal for breakfast but didn't see any. That may be something to add to the breakfast. I have stayed at another hotel recently and they had oatmeal packets for customers,

The location of the hotel was close to the highway, but it was still quiet enough to get some sleep. Room was clean and ready for use. Pool was open but I didn't use it.

The fact that there was no elevator to get to the room on the second floor will hamper my decision to return. I have heart conditions and copd that make climbing stairs difficult especially carrying the luggage. Did not know of this until I checked in and overheard that there were no more rooms available on the first floor.

Food was delicious, but could not find milk for the cereal.

No elevator. Breakfast was not set up well. Chairs were still up, not well equipped… no milk, no fruit but apples, orange juice was water, no half and half. Just two items in the vending machine.

Food was terrible eggs dry, sausage nasty, gravy nasty, pool dirty they never did anything to it in 3 days people smoking drugs and it is a nonsmoking motel. Staff not very personable. I did not feel safe I would not recommend this for a single woman. Seen people handing things out the window. Very dissatisfied. The laundry staff nice had to go get all necessities ourselves. Fence is loose I was worried in storm that it might fall on my car. Needs updates bad.

Fix ice machines. Fix a more appetizing breakfast. Example milk was frozen and it was skim milk.

The location worked well for us. The Ice machines were broken had to buy ice at store. Breakfast was not eaten by any of my family, did not like choices.

Bathroom was nasty, tub was dirty floor was sticky. The bedding was stitched back together from being torn. Room smelled musky.

The room needed a thorough cleaning, the carpet was damp and needed cleaning , the hose keeping was not that great (my white socks got soiled walking around the room.). The food area was not the cleanest and the food was old and not refreshed. The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke and we had to change rooms.

The hotel was convenient to the Highway and stores. The front dest lady was real nice and friendly when we checked in. The lobby was clean, but the rest of the hotel needed an upgrade.

More friendly staff. Understanding of english by all of them was hard. This made communicating with them tricky.

Had trouble getting key to our room to work. This property was no smoking but we could smell smoke in our room and hallways. Our beding had a burn mark in it picture below. blinds on windows were safety pinned as so it wouldn't fall down/ hang down. We also had to listen to the room next to us TV at volume 100 all night and was woken up around 6:30-7am to some loud noises above us sounded like an unbalanced washing machine.

Breakfast was great and I was able to check in a little early.

We did run out of eggs first morning. The gal at the counter said "No more eggs.". Bed was pretty good just a little harder then we are used to.

The room was hot. I even had the heat off they put me on the second floor which I have asma so it was hard to climb the stairs.which that was probably my fault when I got the room on line.

Found popcorn under a pillow on the bed and dirt under a chair. The room had a bit of an odor when I first arrived but it disipated.

All the construction that was going around the hotel. It was a bit confusing coming off the interstate. Lots of construction vehicles and materials around.

The room they gave us smelled horrible. Luckily they were able to give us a different room. There were random shopping carts in the hallways. Vending machine wasn't stocked. Wifi was bad. There were questionable looking people hanging around the premises. Overall just had a sketchy vibe...
