Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The mattress was awful - bed was creaky - rolling over woke us both up due to the creaky bed frame. Mattress needs to be replaced - it was awful.

There was no cups, crockery or cutlery in the room’s kitchen, the cupboard doors and doors were battered and tatty, there was no plug on the bath tub. The bathroom toilet pan was loose and wobbly, there were no coffee making facilities in the room.

I didn’t like the night lady with her rude ass. We checked a late check in the hotel approved it but we didn’t know they locked the side door so we walked around still locked. I walked back around again with my luggage with my fiancé and it was a customer talking to the lady athe front desk he point to walked back around we did still no one came so I look around and saw it was a phone in a damn box u had to call to have to open the door. That was so inconvenient for and tiredsome since I’m handicapped and we just had a 6 hours ride in the car. So once I got off the phone we walked around for the three time she still didn’t come till my fiancé knocked on the door. She had a the audacity to have a damn attitude and he had one to and the rudeness of was crazy. Since she said it wasn’t her problem we were tired but it’s our problem ur butt take a long damn time. The next night she was cool we just stayed out the way because she never again
The area was quite and it was walking distance to food place. It was a good little walk. It was reasonable for the price and quiet. Clean and the fact it hate elevated

Rooms were kind of falling apart need maintenance, cupboards and drawers coming off hinges toilet was wobbly in one room

The kitchen In the room I was staying at had missing panels. The breakfast They serve wasn't really breakfast at all Also, the curtain had holes in it. And the bathroom was way too dim.

Room not as "cozy" as expected. Bed kinda hard. Small bathroom, bathtub didn't have a stopper. Just felt like room was being worked on and not completely finished.

I came when it was freezing out the all state and there was a warning issued. I was promised Breakfast!!! I chose the hotel because there was supposed to be BREAKFAST!!! BUT THERE WAS NONE!!!! I HAD TO GO IN THE FREEZING COLD TO FIND SOMETHING TO EAT But other than that al was ok

Smelled like marijuana the moment you walk in the halls. And the surroundings inside were dirty. I would say for the upkeep and quality of the room ~68 bucks a night is what you would expect. But i think it could be lower.
Francis at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t even have to ask but she gave me easier access to where the grass areas are since I brought my dog with me. She was very pleasant.

I left a gift bag at the front desk while we went to the movies until our plane was closer and a staff stole parts of the gift out of the bag , giving a high rating just because I knew better but they’re check out time was 11 flight wasn’t until 7

Not always clean and it stinks in the halls and elevator too noisy, sofa bed in room 337 was downright nasty need the mattress thrown out and put a new one. Not a good variety for breakfast couldn’t get coffee because they ran out. Housekeeping never came to clean room we were there 6 nights and not once did they clean room. We had to wait 20minutes just to get key cards to room on Thursday night. Called phone no one answered stood at the front desk for a long time before someone came to assist us that night.

Elevator broken long walk to room !! Had to ask for Brown dryer! No breakfast if you count 1 muffin mini and protein bars à full breakfast , POOL WAY TOO SMALL 😙😌

The soda machine was sold out for 3 days. I did not see an ice machine on 2nd floor, if they have one
