The mattresses had lumps in the middle, so I sink trying to sleep. Also, when the vents came on in the middle of the night, it had a smell that came into the room . There was spiderwebs on the wall . Inside the shower, it was taped up

Halls are dark. Rooms could use some new paint. Overall it was better than the reviews lead me to believe. The person at check in was not friendly. However, the people at checkout were nice and pleasant.

Breakfast was only available till 930, we didn't get there in time. However there are some nice Breakfast spots within a 10 minute ride.

The shower could have been cleaner. The sink faucet was too close to the back edge of the sink (poor design/installation). The juice machine was broken and OJ in a pitcher was your only juice option.

The hotel was a great value on the night we stayed. The room was updated, the bed was comfortable, and it comes with a free hot breakfast of eggs and sausage plus other options. If all you are looking for is your basic hotel with breakfast included, this hotel fits the bill at a low cost.

The shower drain was backed up and the water was a little too hard. Meaning, it dried out your skin more then the norm. And the place could of used a better smoking area away from the elements. It down poured for a good portion of one of the days and there was really no way to get out of it other then stand right outside the front lobby doors. There is a roof over it, but it's still wide open.

The price was good and the staff was very helpful.

Hairdryer was missing. We had no wash clothes but the front desk quickly helped. The refrigerator wasn’t plugged in and the TV was frozen.

Lady screamed on my floor about a mouse in her room. Had to place a towel under my door to avoid it entering my room. Staff member explained to me that they have a mouse problem.

TERRIBLE check in. When we arrived at 3:55 pm no one was at the front desk. We waited 15 minutes. I called the front desk thinking maybe they had the calls forwarded to their cell phone. It rang about 10 times and disconnected. I called Booking.com and they didn’t have success either. At 4:35, the front desk manager appeared apologizing. She said she was tending to a maintenance problem. One other guest saw us waiting and commented, “Good luck, they’re never there!”

It’s conveniently located off Rt 222. It’s updated and clean.

Breakfast offerings were inconsistent. Out of 7 breakfasts only one had a meat offering, and there was yogurt 3 out of 7 mornings. (Not because they ran out, it just wasn't put out.) One morning at 2:45am a loud party commenced in the parking lot. Not sure why the police weren't called, it sure would have been justified.

The location was very central for our day trips. The room was comfortable and the bed was above average. The staff was friendly and helpful.
