It's not really soundproof. But the hotel can't help that our neighbour decided to loudly call in the middle of the night.

Hotel promised a breakfast. But it was ONLY 3 apples, 4-5 yogurts and waffle machine which didn't work properly. That it. Very disappoint it . Inclusive breakfast was one of reason i choose that hotel.

1. That there weren't enough tables to seat the guests at breakfast. 2. The only day I actually wanted my room to be cleaned and out the sign on the door, no one did it.

The pool needed attention. Water appeared to be circulating but not filtering. Pool water was slimy and contained a lot of hair and other particles. Our first floor windows "touched" the parking lot of the gas station behind the hotel. There was a lot of homeless activity there. WiFi was iffy at times.

Location was great. Value was great. The room was nice. TV allowed unrestricted use of streaming devices. Having a hot breakfast available every day was fantastic. Cleaning staff was on schedule. Shower was hot.

There were no fast food restaurants nearby.

We were there for ACL. The hotel was quiet and did not seem heavily booked. The free breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. All the staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and greeted us with a smile. Would stay again!

Breakfast was only just ok,it's a long way from the centre (there is a bus but I wouldn't recommend and ubers were expensive in the evening).Housekeeping only if asked for.

Noise! My room was on the side of the hotel facing I-35. Fortunately I brought foam earplugs. Without those I wouldn't have slept very well. The bed and bathroom were fine. The A/C blows directly across the bed. I stacked a suitcase and garbage container in front of it so I could leave the much needed A/C on while I slept.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special, nothing bad. Biscuits and Gravy would be a nice upgrade. Location is always relative to what you're doing in Austin and it worked fine for me.

It is located right behind a gas station where a lot of homeless/random people hang out so I wouldn’t say it’s exactly the safest place to be. Also, the staff were not available during a safety issue that I had in the middle of the night, when I called the front desk around 11pm, it just gave me a busy dial tone no matter how many times I tried to call. So, as a solo, female traveler, it was not exactly safe in that regard either.

It was not too far away from downtown Austin, and very close to the freeway. The room was much more spacious, than I thought it would be and the air conditioner works REALLY well. The bed was pretty comfortable too. The breakfast was simple, but I was happy to have it included with the price. I would definitely say it is worth the price! I also love that parking was free.

They could have provided coffee packets in our room on the second day of our stay. Some of the furniture in our room showed wear and tear.

The facility was clean and relatively quiet. The staff was very pleasant. Housekeeping kept the room clean.

The pool water was a bit cloudy the 1st day we got there. The second day we notice a white film coming from the pool filter so we got out immediately. I called the front desk to let them know about it and the receptionist said she was going to go check it out but no one ever did. We kept checking through out the day until around 11pm, we saw people in the pool but the white film was still there. We never went back to the pool. Other than that the stay was great and I am sure they keep up with the maintenance of the pool but in this occasion it seem like it had not been cleaned in a while

The property looks just like pictures, our room smelled clean,everything in the room was very clean. The staff was AMAZING, very helpful! Norma at the reception desk was very pleasant, her customer service skills are an A plus! There is a gas station behind the property and that is always a plus. The breakfast was good they had eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles with strawberry topping and whipped cream! All very clean and okay for hotel food 😊.

The radio/alarm clock did not work.

The young lady at the front desk went out of her way to make sure my reservation was good for that night instead of the next day, when I booked my reservation at midnight!
