The receptionist who was in the front desk when we arrived was kind, professional and with excellent communication skills. The room was comfortable, clean as well as the restroom the only thing is that the shower didn’t have a curtain which I found it unsafe.

Breakfast.. Place where I stayed the night before had fresh cooked sausage, eggs, waffles, biscuits, gravy, fresh pastries etc instead of frozen sausage and egg biscuits.

I'm not a fan of the high beds because I'm short (and old) so getting into bed is difficult and it's too high to sit on the side of the bed. But that's my personal preference. Everything else was fine.

The location was great, easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. In our case it was to visit our son who lives north of the property. The coffee was pretty good, the staff were lovely, and best of all, we had daily housekeeping services, which pleasantly surprised me. The breakfast was very good, with Jimmy Dean breakfast croissants and biscuits to be microwaved, some fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, cereal and muffins. The AC wasn't TOO loud, and worked great.

There wasn't a breakfast. Some of the employees were friendly and some were not so friendly.

The beds were exceptional. We had been moving my sister and were really tired. The sleep was great. We booked for one night and stayed for another night.

No breakfast due to covid. ( You can ask for a couple cold eggs and a cold jim beans breakfast sandwich to microwave)

I really liked the hotel. Very clean. Loved that they gave us a sofa bed in the double queen room. Was a pleasant surprise for my teens not to share a bed. The beds were so comfy. It was very quiet and it felt very safe. Would stay here again if when we visit again.

We never ate breakfast. It appeared that it was not offered (probably due to COVID) The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even asked us to check our room and let them know if it was not OK. It was fine. My wife really enjoyed the pool. She went each night we stayed.

We had a hard time setting the AC unit. We couldn’t get the temperature set properly with the controls. First we were freezing and then it would get really humid and hot. Floors and the tub are dangerously slippery. Put a towel in the tub so we wouldn’t fall. Had to also keep towels on the floor so we wouldn’t slip. The location was near several homeless camps. Don’t recommend going outside at night once you check in if you are a woman. Had to goto the 2nd floor for ice. We had to keep our curtains closed because our view was of the homeless people in the parking lot behind us.

We stayed in room 109 and the King Size Bed was comfortable. Nice hot shower. The room size was spacious for the two of us. It was clean. Staff was nice.

cleaning staff not honest

everything was great until i left one earring in bedroom .i realized it after checkout. went back to retrieve and maid service had been in room and a earring disappeared. no one really was helpful.

The side entrance, though convenient to parking and elevator, was dimly lit and unwelcoming. Signage for ice machine was confusing or inaccurate, and the machine’s location (behind a door, then down a hallway) may be problematic for some travelers.

Wifi sometimes was working slow.

Good free parking! The staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean and well taken care of. Free wifi was good. We reached the park and the springs easily by car from the hotel.

The staff was rude. The air conditioner didn't get very cold and on top of all of that I extended my stay for another day and my card was charged twice for that one day. The staff was VERY rude and disrespectful about it.
