The property needs revamping, repainting, modernizing, etc. The regular commodities were cleaned, but the place you do not look at immediately needs to be cleaned (example : the ceiling ventilator in the bathroom.

The location was ideal for us. The pool was easily accessible. The room was comfortable.

Reception a little boring. I waited my normal turn while the clerk was with a client. By his side, meanwhile ,the person who seemed to me to be a manager, standing next to clerrk spoke on the phone for 10 minutes without even making us signal or make understand that we were welcome.

Reservation made by internet. Very difficult to find your hotel by an address that is not in the village of Lake George. We spent almost an hour looking for you on the road. The rooms are simple, quiet, comfortable and clean. It is not a luxurious hotel, but it was perfect for our purposes. The staff was courteous, and we appreciated the coffee and tea in the lobby which was available at the time of our extremely early departure.

At the entrance way, the outside trash receptacle/ ashtray on the exterior wall by entrance B was overflowing onto the ground. Not a big deal at all but it was still like that when I walked by 2 hours later. One detail that seemed to get overlooked.

The free Continental Breakfast was the best I have ever had. The eggs and sausage were delicious. I loved the waffles. The bread was nice and fresh. They had all my favorite flavors of yogurt and everything was well stocked. They had so many choices of cereals and oatmeal it was difficult to decide. Plus I had never tasted Sunkist orange juice before and it's the best tasting orange juice I've ever had! Very pleasantly surprised by the Breakfast.

The hot tub was gross, dirty scum on the walls all around it. The 2nd floor cleaner reported it (in front of me) so I heard her....nothing was done to clean it while I was there... Shame on maintenance! They were at the other hotel that is owned by the same person. If your going to own more then one place then have enough staff for each. Also in the pool area the floors are very slippery when wet. I witnessed a few people fall.

There wasn't a lot of water pressure in the bathroom sink. When checking out, I had to wait for someone to get to the desk.

The room didn’t look like the pics on website - was expecting a couch to sit on but instead we had a table in an odd nook. I also wish we had Ben placed on first floor considering there were barely any guests and no elevator. We were placed upstairs in the back, but at least it was relatively quiet.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was spacious, beds comfortable, and staff professional and friendly. I liked that the outside doors to get to the various rooms were labeled, it made it very easy to understand how best to get to my room after I checked in. Nice touch! The location was perfect for the event we were in town for, and it's not far from groceries and gas. The shower water pressure was good and my child reports that the pool water was a nice temperature. Breakfast selections were good.
