You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was great. There was alot of restaurants and shops around. It was only a 20 minute drive to South Padre Island. The hotel staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaAfter the first night, asked if they could fix my window blind because it was only coming down half way and not blocking the light from the business signage next door. The issue was never fixed, I had to prop up pillows four nights in a row to try and block the light coming in from outside. Also, the choice of TV stations for the breakfast news needs to be more neutral, and not biased one way or the other. No one should be forced to listen to opinions they don't agree with, may just need to put it on the weather channel or local news instead.

United States of AmericaI had to wait about 20 minutes to get my room even if my room was supposed to be ready by 3:20pm. After getting to our room the AC was not working. As I went down to let the receptionist know the elevator took us up and down 2 times and gave my 6 y/o an anxiety attack. It was frustrating because we were in town for a funeral and everything we had to deal with made us late. It’s just something no one wants to deal with after a 6 hour drive. And it seemed like we were not the only ones going through that there was another man there who was waiting for his room and was frustrated as well. We always choose to stay there but i think our next stay we will be choosing elsewhere.
