Curtain pulleys broken and hung over rod. Septic smell coming off elevator on main floor was nauseating before breakfast. Common ladies bathroom off main lobby area was filthy at 10pm and needed regular attention for this type of hotel. Our room had little to no sound suppression in doors/sliding door to muffle cars and garage noises….

The location was great. The pool and bar was my favorite. Will definitely come back!

United States of America2 Reviews“Overall, our stay wasn't bad but the price definitely wasn't worth it.”After walking into our room, I could tell from the look of my wife's face their was no way we were going to sleep in that room that night. Several scratches on the furniture, walls had marks like some one had been kicking them. Bathroom didn't seem that clean. The city noise was just outside our widow and our t.v. didn't even work. We asked to be moved to another room and so we did.
The saff was friendy and the breakfast was awsome. My wife and I really enjoyed sitting by the pool with our drinks and listening to the DJ spin all of our old favorite songs. Alot of great resturants within walking distance of this hotel. For what it was, the gym wasn't that bad either.

I loved the Riverwalk.”The toilet was clogged, so it wouldnt totally discharge always leaving some paper behind. I reported it and when I arrived to the room that evening, I found a wrench in the bathroom as well as that the toilet paper had not been put in. Also the shower curtain was thrown over the towel shelf. Apparently they had started a job and not been able to finish it. Also some of the wall in the bathroom was peeling away and it didnt look nice.
I was happy it had a tub so I could relax at the end of the day. The room was comfortable and clean.

View blocked from a rooftop structure. The bathroom was not to our liking. No counter space or storage for toiletries by sink.
Didn’t have breakfast in hotel. Walkable distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants. Loved being on the Riverwalk. Very nice venue for the wedding reception we attended in the hotel. Friendly, attentive staff. The beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of room.
