You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe lighting was awful. The rooms felt dingy. The building feels run down. But for last minute accommodations, we took what we could get. It was at least more comfortable than the airbnb!
Staff and management was friendly and courteous. We appreciate all they did for us. They are trying their hardest to make a rough building run well.

United States of AmericaNo breakfast, their coffee machines were broken. The room out dated and their were mouse traps under the counters in the kitchen. The stove burners were fried and the place was just dingy. There were no hangers in the closet, no hair dryer and when asked thr front drsk for one, the lady said she couldn't find one, but would look elsewhere and bring to my room. Well, i never revealed the hairdryer. There were roaches. I killed one in the bathroom and kitchen. We were very disappointed with this hotel and the price went up on the room. It definitely wouldn't want to stay here again.

United States of AmericaWell when I got there they send me to the second floor to a room that smells really mad and the water was running in the tub I believe the faucet was broke but I when back down to the front desk and told them and they change my room to the first floor and it was little bit better they should have body wash then bar soap for there guess there bar soap do not work well they do not have a ice machine in there at all

United States of AmericaWasn't very clean found dead roaches on the kitchen counter under the sink in the kitchen and a couple of dead roaches in the bathroom I was very upset and I had no where else to stay I had paid 204.00 for the night on Saturday January 20th to Sunday morning January 21st I am hoping for some kind of refund for the night I stayed and maybe as a show of good faith I will get free stay at a different hotel

United States of AmericaOnly booked because our power was out but dresser was broken and the chair was too. There was also dried hair dye on the countertop. We also found a dead roach or Waterbug under the bed and a dried up muffin wrapper that looked like it had been there for awhile near the chair by the window.
The only things that were enjoyable about my stay was the lovely young lady working up at the front desk and the room was roomy enough to fit 2 adults and a child + playpen comfortably

I stayed at nicer hotels and never had them so this. Don't understand as well we are staying at your hotel but have to pay to park there.... I don't think we will stay here again

United States of AmericaThe hotel had a fire recently and so cleaning was still in the process which is understandable. But the elevator reeked of cigarettes and the hallway smelled a little funky. The stairway had garbage on each floor and was full so the garbage smell was strong. Overall, the hotel could use some more cleaning and sanitizing and a bit of attention to the lobby and elevators if possible. Again, they did have a recent fire and the sprinklers went off so they did what they could.
The location is conveniently close to the Airport. The staff for the most part was kind and friendly.
