We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaBathroom door made a lot of noise, and it would not shut right. The heater needs replaced because it doesn't function properly. There was a strong smell of cat pee in the hall. The mattress was too firm and felt like a rock.

United States of AmericaThe hotel itself is a bit shabby. The carpeting in the halls is old, worn, and stained. They seem to be currently working on renovations, so maybe the carpet is next? We were on the second floor of the road-side. A lot of traffic noise in the evening a the busy intersection outside the hotel, but it did get better later at night and we slept well with the window closed and AC running.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. Smelled good. Linens were bright white and of good quality. Pillows were nice. Fresh paint on walls and new laminate floor.

United States of AmericaHad issues with the key card getting into the building but no issues using it to get into the room. Staff tried to get it to work & it eventually started working. Curtains in room were too short so sunlight came through early in the morning & disrupted sleep. Bathroom door was at a weird angle and didn't latch shut but since it was just my husband and I it didn't really matter. None of which was a deal breaker for us. Other than that room was decent for the cost & was very close (less then a mile) to the event we were there for.

The worker came down and sprayed room and then tell us to meet him at front desk to give us another room . He gave us another room next door the to one we had and you can tell he sprayed it. They cleaned floors with a dirty dirty mop. Odor was extremely bad

I enjoyed the parking Perimeter to walk my dog. The leaves and woods were a wonderful change from our Florida neighborhood. Across the street from Dunkin Donuts! I liked not having carpet in our hotel room.
