Terrible parking situation. Beggars outside walking up to me at my car. Outside bugs on bed.

Breakfast was ok not great. Close to highway and shower was clean.

Like most hotels, the room was not as the pictures showed on the booking app but was still a nice room. The jacuzzi tub was a very nice edition to the room.

The staff were very nice and always smiling and always spoke when they passed by you. We personally liked the location, near food and the parkway and other things were close to go to. Loved that the bathroom was very clean, and plenty of space to set your things out.

Some guy’s were playing loud music in their car, so I told the receptionist,she said was waiting for the security guard. 30 minutes later the music stop.

Room 116....Huge, creepy, stains on the carpet and it looked like a dog tried to gnaw it's way out of the room through the wall and door.

Main issues was the room had a strong smell that never seems to dissipate and was very reminiscent to cat urine. Leaving the ac on seemed to help but it was very noticeable especially near the desk where I had to eat each night.

Location and staff were great. bathroom surfaces and linens were clean and i love the bedroom jacuzzi. The carpets were ready for a deep cleaning.

PARKING SUCKS. You can hardly get out or in once ppl start showing up if you are on the far side, the rooms in 100s-130s.

The only thing was you could hear everything from the room beside you. I got earplugs, and that was not a problem the second night. I am a light sleeper. I would stay again.

It was quite noisy people in the room next to us were very loud, and not so good way for us anyway

It was clean. It was in a pretty good location and the two young ladies that helped us was very sweet. I had to change rooms. We ended up with a king size bed instead of two queen but it worked out all right.

The parking situation was wild – very narrow spaces on hilly terrain, with some spots requiring creative interpretation of standard parking techniques and some real innovation. Parts of the parking lot are to a standard parking lot as Cirque du Soleil is to a screening of My Dinner With André.

The people behind the counter were nice. The room was fine and the shower was very good. The breakfast buffet had a decent make your own waffle station and was perfectly cromulent.

The bed was very hard, though, and not comfortable at all. Also, the walls were so thin that we could hear the neighbors next door blaring music through the night and every conversation they had.

The location was great. The room itself was clean and I loved the jacuzzi tub.

The sheets and pillow cases looked wrinkled as if they had not been changed . Need improvement!! Deep cleaning should be encouraged! The hotel needs updating!😊

Couldnt get any rest with the people next door talking all night.

You could hear every word from the room next door. There was no privacy to have a conversation the walls are too thin.
