Quiet, comfortable, breakfast was good ..staff was friendly and helpful.. location was a little different than usual but, I think I liked that it was away from the street. Not crazy about the high deposit, however it was quickly returned a day after checking out. I had been driving for hours and needed to rest with my kids.. I needed to find a place for 4 people to sleep, this hotel had 2 queens and a couch pullout.. that was perfect for our family.

The elevator was broken after a 3 hour drive so I was angry and exhausted carrying our bags to our room. The Jacuzzi jet was broken so we just sat in a pool of hot water. The hot breakfast was biscuits, powdered eggs and gravy every day; even on weekends, no bacon, no variety🫤.

Location we were in had a huge plaza that includes a Jiffy Lube and a Mega Walmart across the street! The beds were the best I ever slept on in years!!!, carpets on the floors, hot breakfast daily, housekeeping staff was very nice. I ate waffles everyday. The plumbing was good. Appreciated having a working fridge and microwave in the room👍🏾.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The pool was heated and hot tub was good size. The check in lady that was working that afternoon was the most pleasurable experience I've ever had. She just seemed genuinely happy, helpful, and kind.

Breakfast wasn't the best I'd had but it was fine. The coffee in the lobby was much better than the coffee at breakfast though!

Fatima made us feel welcomed and stress-free during our stay. Great energy and genuinely sweet and accommodating. Thank you. I tend to be very sensitive to people and their demeanor and it was refreshing to interact with someone who wasn’t near down by their job. Really makes a difference. On a stormy day the indoor hot tub and pool was perfect. Jets worked perfectly as well. Awesome rate. Our plumbing has been out at our house so a night away to shower and relax was very much needed.

There were a few small ants in our room by the window. They need to spray. But it was not a lot. Saw just a couple.

Nothing really, may be the shampoos n soaps could be slightly more for our family of four. Everything honestly was pretty good.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped rooms. Microwave was such a help with the kids. Lovely indoor temperature regulated pool and great breakfast. We loved the lady who looks after the dining, very accommodating, helpful and friendly

It was a bit confusing to navigating through the outdoor mall to get to the hotel.

Terri was wonderful and the girl at the front desk in the morning was also lovely. They offered options and alternatives to accommodate the little things we requested .

The deposit is way high and it still ain't back on my card which makes it hard on me cause $250 hold until whenever they want to give it back is not cool I checked out now give me my money back no still waiting.

Nothing to dislike. Prefer half/half over coffeemate for coffee offered. Adjoining room door was not soundproof. Could hear next door guests talking.

Had stayed here March 2023 and returned just a few days ago. The location was quiet, no excessive traffic noise. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. I will return again on my next trip through Galt/Lodi.
