The breakfast was very limited only offered cereal waffles and yogurt. The coffee was good. The hotel is definitely older and in need of updating all over, however, they did their best to keep it clean.

The location was good and value was good as we were just staying one night. The staff was outstanding and friendly! The property was well lit at night with no issues.

The toilet was very wobbly, the shower curtain came out so far passed the tub that I literally had to duck when relieving myself because it was over the toilet. Guess that’s my fault for being 6’4” and assuming that I would fit without issues. Also, the complementary in-room single bag of coffee was torn open by what looked like little teeth marks? And, when I read that there was a continental breakfast, I assumed that there would be a small selection of various items. Instead there was Waffles, cereal, coffee and juice. I was hoping for at least some a bread item and maybe a fruit option. Even a banana would have been a step up. It had to have been one of the saddest hotel breakfasts I’ve ever been to.

For the price, there wasn’t much more I could expect, I guess. Overall, the bed was comfortable and clean, the shower had hot water, and the AC worked.

Kind of noisy, could hear plumbing from other rooms occasionally. Room needed some painting and new tiling. The exterior stairwell could use cleaning/power wash?

The exterior of our building was extremely dirty. The siding was filthy and the metal stairs going to 2nd floor was also filthy n looked like it had never been power washed. I hated to have to put my hands on the stair railing.

We didn’t have breakfast. The location was excellent for us. The pillows n bed was comfortable. Bedspread n blanket looked very worn n the carpet as well. The room n bathroom was clean. Fridge was very old.

You get what you pay for here, nothing crazy wrong or right about this hotel. Location was good. The reason we had to switch rooms was because it is an obvious location for construction workers and they sit at their doorway, made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The rooms were clean.

The front desk gal was really nice and helpful. We requested to change rooms because we weren’t comfortable with the original location and she immediately assisted us. We only stayed for a quick overnight so it worked perfectly fine.

Breakfast was virtually nonexistent. Make your own waffles, cereal (Fruit Loops and Raisin Bran), yogurt. That was the entire selection.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great considering proximity to TAMU campus and Buffalo Wild Wings right next door for a late night snack after the game.

On June 2 : The key card worked upon arrival to enter the room, but when we left to get food across the street at Willie's restaurant and returned back to the room, we couldn't get in. I had to go back to the front desk to have both keys reset to get in. The refrigerator shelves that have the white liner on the front edges were broken in the center in room #136 that my husband and I occupied. The phone didn't work in one of the reserved rooms, #138, so I called the front desk from room 136 to report it. Maintenance finally came to check it out sometime between 9:00 pm - 10:00 PM June 3: I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom and saw a couple of roaches in the shower. one ran into the holes in the drain, and the other one ran into a cracked hole in the conor of the shower. We left to go eat some continental breakfast in the facility, and upon returning to the room, we were locked out again. I went to the front desk and explained to the clerk the situation and informed her the same thing happened the night before and the desk clerk on duty reset the key cards for both rooms #136 & #138. So again, the morning clerk had to do the same thing. After that, I had no other problems, and I know that both clerks did everything to make sure to reset the key card so I could go in & out the rooms again. We were able to attend the 7v7 Football Tournament right down the street and celebrated my husband birthday today, June 4
