Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It offers exactly what it says and is clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was good as well, I stayed with my coworker just to sleep between travel for work and it served it’s purpose. I would stay again!

The lobby and eating area were very warm. It was muggy outside and with no air on those areas were muggy too. Price went up from the time I booked property to our stay.
Beds were comfy.. staff was nice. Plenty of areas to sit and hang out.

Our first room was too close to the highway which made it hard to sleep. They moved us to another room which was great.
Good location for what we wanted to be near. Great parking. Breakfast was really good. Chef who handled the food was really nice and quite pleasant.

The breakfast was disappointing and there was nobody around to help.
The location was good. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs where gone by 8;30 am and no one was around to get anymore.

The bathroom had a strong musty smell. The hotel had a large number of college-aged tenants that were gathering and appeared to be drinking alcohol in the lobby on Friday and Saturday night.
The room was very nice and the beds were quite comfortable.

The hotel is next to the highway. It was very noisy at night. All of us couldn't get good sleep. The breakfast selection was limited and the sausage was very salty.

I booked with booking and paid for the room through booking. I was charged again for the room. This happened the last time we stayed there. They say it's booking charging for a no show. It was not a no show because we were there.
Not sure. It wasn't open when we left.

Staff upon checking. She acted like it was an imposition to get up out of her chair. She was watching something on her laptop and I guess we interrupted her. Didn't mention breakfast times and just handed us the key with as little eye contact as possible. No a good first impression. I was miffed at her lack of professionalism. Other than that it was a nice facility all around.

First time I've noticed this, but the room felt damp to me. No musty smell at all, and since the evenings were cool, setting the climate control to heat solved issue.
Location is in a quiet business campus not within walking distance to restaurants or shops, but plenty of options if you have transportation.

While we had limited interaction with the staff, it wasn't great. The young woman that checked us in was indifferent at best. Frankly, she seemed stoned. No one was at the front desk when we were leaving, so we had to wait around to check out.

The hotel could use more washing machines and dryers for those who are doing an extended stay there.
Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options each morning. The location of the hotel made it easy to travel from Lansing to other parts of Michigan. The staff was friendly and polite.

Refrigerator was unplugged. At maximum cooling, it barely kept food cool. Shower head fixture was loose. But still functioned. The parking lot on East side of bldg was dark, with only 3 pole lights. Only entrances were at far ends of that lot.
Most employees friendly and helpful. Clean room. Comfortable bed. There was additional parking at adjacent affiliated Best Western hotel.

Trash can outside front door over flowing and trash on sidewalk blowing into parking lot for 2 days. My husband mentioned it to the desk clerk who informed him it wasn’t his job, that housekeeping took care of that. My husband told him it had been like that 2 days and that is the first thing customers see but he again said that’s housekeepings job🥴

Everything was as depicted on the hotel description. Some areas need a little updating but nothing was in poor shape.
The breakfast left something to be desired it could have been attended to better; however, it had plenty of options.
