The gentleman at the front desk appeared sullen and as though he didn’t want to be bothered. We had a problem with our room door not locking and had to change rooms; this was done begrudgingly as though we were asking for a personal favor. He was generally not responsive and borderline unfriendly. However when we checked out two days later the woman at the front desk was friendly and polite.

The property is in a great location; within walking distance of several restaurants. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food. The bed was very comfortable.

The receptionist was with his earplugs, on the phone, seating behind the counter and did not greet or even raised his head when we walked in. After a while I tried to get his attention and he acted like he was very annoyed to have to do our check in. Asked for ID, gave the keys and barely looked at our face. Very unfriendly.

The breakfast was good for the price of the hotel. It was a great location, with restaurants and stores right next to it and the beach not far away.

That we didn't book this hotel to begin with, we were at another hotel in Myrtle Beach that was an absolute nightmare and switched to this one in the middle of the night.

The pool looked less than desirable, and guests were using it as a smoking area. There is no elevator, so access to 2nd floor rooms are difficult if you have mobility issues.

Clean facility, friendly staff. Great breakfast included waffles, eggs and sausage. With coffee and juice. A refrigerator and microwave are available in the rooms. Very quiet and enjoyable atmosphere

Breakfast was good just need a couple more things added to the menu. The stay was great for the time I was there. Second time staying and it won't be my last! The staff was great as well!

The crack in the ceiling, the loud air conditioner or air filter that was plugged into the wall and turned on every two minutes . The brown bananas at the breakfast .construction going on had to enter the building through the side but by the time I left to get food for the night the front was reopened.

The staff very friendly . Rooms are clean. hotel really quiet . Located real close to everything. Price was very reasonable.

I did not have a bad experience here. We only stayed one night so i"m not sure how housekeeping, etc is but overall, there is nothing to dislike.

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The entry way is appealing and the front desk staff was very nice. The rooms are a great size for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast included waffles, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee and juice. The location is on the main strip with plenty of shopping, restaurants and fun stuff to do around.

Our bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, and the smoke detector seemed to be on low battery as it kept beeping
