The place is a dump! run down! Poor condition ! The furniture is in terrible condition. My sink was clogged up! It looks like the rooms were decorated from a garbage can. This is at best 50 a night hotel, not the 134 $ I paid!!! RIPP OFF!!!!

They are not organized. 1- The room that we were assigned to had no pillows, 2 - the other room had no microwave, 3- we were offered a 3rd room, the smell was intolerable. The rooms need deep cleaning and they smell smoking. My allergies were really bad during my stay. And they have cockroaches in the room.

There were a million bugs in front of all the lights. Looked like a horror film. Had to hurry up in the room. There were a million bugs everywhere. I've never seen that I'm my life

The bedding comforter were so old and worn out. The room has an old musky smell. There were millions of mosquitoes covering each light outside the doors and the vehicles.

No security…. Strong smell of weed in parking lot, one snack machine not refrigerated with warm coke bottle in it. Tv had wavy lines, key to door kinda worked…. All in all what I expect from the reputation of Econo lodge

The rooms smelled musty/mildew when first getting into them. In my uncle's room the shower head was very low on the wall and my mom couldn't reach to fix hers. The lock on my moms room wasn't one that made her feel secure so she ended up also moving something in front of the door. We had stayed here years ago and it was very nice but sadly now leaves a lot to be desired.

It is in a good location, right on 27 and on the Sebring/Avon Park line. We were in Sebring due to a family emergency with my grandfather, i rented the rooms for my mom and uncle because it was so close to where we needed to be. We had stayed here maybe 9 yrs ago and it was very clean and nice. I was able to pay via email. We did request rooms next to each other but since that was a last minute reservation completely understandable that it couldn't be accommodated. The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

Room wreaked of cigarette complete with a burn hole in the bedspread. Lighting in bathroom was poor. My husband were uncomfortable when deciding to not use the shower. Breakfast offering was offensive. We have used other Econolodges in the past, but this dump has caused us to make the decision to pass up figure stays in this chain.

I couldn't walk up and down the stairs comfortable because alotnof people occupied the stairs at a time, the room didn't smell good, the room was not clean. I would not recommend a family to stay here. Last resort option

The room was partially painted, furniture had scrapes and scratches. Floor in the bathroom partially cleaned Pink mold in the corners. Spackling done but was not painted The Tv could not be watched it was too fuzzy on every station. My husband wanted coffee on Sunday morning at 8:00 am. and the Person at the desk said they were out of coffee !!

There was water and mold in the ice bucket, both drains were stopped up in shower and sink. I called but no one ever came so I ended up having to clean it out myself so I wasn’t standing in 6 inches of water while showering. It also rained under the entrance to the room
