Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No blankets. Just about everything disappointing
Toilet paper holder fell off wall with first use. Bathroom sink falling off wall. Freezer frozen over. Microwave disgusting!

A lot! Read above. You can't fix the toilet with a days notice and being right next to the office?!
The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was decent. The bed and our location of room was perfect. Everything else sucked, especially the staff! Even though we were right next to the office, they didn't clean our room. The thing that was the worse is our toilet wasn't working and we gave them a full day and they didn't come fix it. I asked about again and they got rude.

There was no TV remote. I got one from another room. There was no shower curtain. We had to hang a sheet. There was no iron. My granddaughter wanted a blanket and there was not any clean at the time. There was roaches. The fire alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning. It took them about 10 minutes to shut it off.
Room was fine. Beds were comfortable. Location was fine.

If you have your choice between the intercontinental or the woodlands location go to the Bush intercontinental extended Stay America the location in The woodlands the rooms are a quarter and I literally mean that of the size of the rooms that are at Bush intercontinental and the facilities at Bush intercontinental I hate to say this cuz my catalytic converter got stolen from there but it is way safer The woodlands location is turned into what is now I considered a crack motel the rooms are not like that on the other side because I had stayed here before so they moved me and on my way out to go move my car I see sheriff's Department drive through and I said to myself dude what would it sheriff's Department be driving through a hotel during the day and I'll tell you why because where you're at is not safe where you're at is not safe for your children it's not safe for you and it's not safe for your pets because if you have to have sheriff's Department drive through during the day that should tell you for a fact that it is not safe at night call the office get a refund and go somewhere that you your children your wife and your animals are safe because your life is short and your life is valuable this is something that God gives us the opportunity to experience it's not worth it try the extra couple of miles I think it's like 13 to a safe extended Stay America Bush intercontinental even though my catalytic converter got stolen from there it's still a lot safer than this hotel especially if you have children

The staff was very cooperative, they were working short staffed, I was sent to a room that was already being used, the 2nd room the AC was not working. 3rd room looked remodeled and functional. The location says Woodlands but it is in Spring.

Our door in room 329 didn't lock. Anyone could just push door open. You didn't even need a key. We came for a funeral didn't want problems.
Close by the funeral home we attended. Easy check in

I didn't receive the rooms that I paid for. My family had to sleep on full size beds instead of the much needed queen size that I paid for. I had to pay extra money over $200 plus dollars in order for my family to stay at the facility in which still left us with full size beds. Be sure to get everything that managemen says to you in writing. They will lie when convenient.

There was no cart for the luggage and I had two heavy suitcases full of electronic equipment. The staff was helpful but not friendly. The free wifi is terrible, even for messaging.
It is very conveniently located in the middle of everything that is happenning in the area. Very close to a large supermarket, a Walmart, many restaurants and a short distance from the Woodlands Mall. The room was clean. I think that for the price the place is ok.

The website sent me to a location that refused to allow my friends service animal to stay. Despite the filter stating that the location was pet friendly.

I didn't like that there wasn't a decent room for my wife and I, even after making reservations. That I was first assigned a room where there was someone already in that room then we get another room that had no refrigerator no microwave and the TV did not work. The front desk person said that's all that he had left and the manager would be contacting me I have not heard from the manager as far as how they want to take care of that.
I didn't have the breakfast. The location is good for where I needed to be.

🔹I did not feel safe 🔹breezeways reeked of marijuana 🔹rooms were either missing a microwave, a stove, or refrigerator 🔹bedding was thin so I was cold 🔹I had no towels or wash cloths in my room — I had to go get them from the front desk 🔹shower was wired backwards so it took a while before I figured out how to get hot water from the “cold” side 🔹floor was sticky — needed to be mopped 🔹there was pubic hair in my sink 🔹there were dead roaches on the floor
🔹the man who checked us in and the lady who checked us out were very nice
