Room needed a thorough cleaning. Bug in bathroom. Towel rack falling off the wall. Breakfast area dark - very little lighting.

Please upgrade the beds, they look and feel like children's beds, I know you get what you pay for but get better beds. Room was clean.

No one would answer the phone for an hour and then he blamed it on the other shift. The GPS location is wrong,it puts you behind the waffle house down the street.

Fridge was dirty and full of ice. The room smells terrible. Toilet has a big spot showing that never have been brushed. There are roaches specially under the small fridge. Roaches were walking on the bed at night, also on my son's face while he was sleeping. There are some blody spots at the wall. The housekeeping was poorer. If you really clean that place could have more people using your places. If you change mindfulness you can have an attractive hotel.

Well the front desk gave me the key to a room that was already rented, so I walked in on someone. That was not a good experience for them or myself. No one at the desk apologized at all. The keys wasn’t working right either.

The property looks nothing like the pictures. The pool was drained so you can’t use it. The electric locks and keys didn’t work properly. The bathrooms were nasty!

Did not like much...my reservation confirmed a coffee pot and there wasn't one. There was no ice bucket, no water cups. Also the breakfast in the lobby was awful...coffee there was luke warm. Had to put it in microwave to heat it. The room was clean but needs to be updated really bad. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The shower water never got hot just like warm. I will never go there again. Thank you but no thanks!!

The maintenance man was great. He accommodated all the needs that arise as quickly as possible to make our stay comfortable.

There was a dead fly by the sink. The smell of weed was 24/7. The rooms weren’t cleaned each night. there was a lot of noise. We had to keep asking for towels when they should have been replaced each day. The room was small and dirty.

No extra pillows, while it was relatively clean it was dingy. Shower was great but could have been cleaner. It was Definitely different from the pictures I saw while booking it.

The furniture inside was in poor shape. Rust on all the handles and signs of water damage on dresser holding the TV. A small hole above one of the power outlets. some power outlets not working. Toilet barley functioned and I had to get my key cards fixed everytime I came back at night because they would not work. Though if your just using the room to sleep these problems are not as big of an issue.

Location wise it sits just outside the base and in a relatively easy to access location. For sleeping a few nights its okay. Heater worked really good and so did the fridge/freezer. Water was nice and hot.

Breakfast was gross. No fresh fruit. Couldnt even enjoy it because nothing taste good. Room was bare minimum.

Location. The staff where really nice and helpful. Front desk guy was nice and helpful. Our toilet had issues as soon as we got to the room and they where quick to take care of it and really nice to deal with.

The room wasn't clean at all, it was as though the cleaning service left in the middle of cleaning... A mop was left in the bathroom & the tabletops were filthy. I cleaned most everything myself... No towels were in the room...

My room was given away because I was delayed in my travels... The gentleman working the front desk found a room for me albeit, I was charged more than promised because of the events going on during the weekend...

Room was dirty as in clearly see that mirrors and surfaces where not cleaned . No toilet paper or tissue had to ask . Things that needed repair . Like broken phone and toilet paper holder was broken/ missing..
