The pool should have been open! It was graduation weekend for the Basic Training at Ft. Moore & lots of the families were there to be with their kids. Had we known the pool was closed, we would have stayed elsewhere. It was great weather.

Everything was great, especially the staff. Miss JJ in the breakfast room was absolutely wonderful! She cared for the guests in a friendly & timely manner and went above & beyond to help guests!

The hallways were very hot and the AC unit didn't work very well and I had to go buy a fan to circulate the air.

No pool which is stupid when 80 outside for weeks!! Dirty rooms!!! Have to pay a deposit you after you pay in advance ! 100 each room and rooms are dirty burrito in microwave

I had an issue with the door not being able to lock. I found out about the issue the next day and I went to report the issue. Instead of seeking out a solution, the front desk argued about how long I’ve been at the hotel and didn’t bring up the issue before, as if I was expected to know about the door not locking the day of. I told her, I don’t care if the issue occurred 5 seconds ago, the issue still stands where I have my baby and my personal belongings in a room where any stranger can walk in. I ease the argument by simply asking “can I just please just get ahold of a manager” she says okay, and then after speaking with someone on the phone she gives me a new room right after she said they didn’t have any more rooms available for today.

Beds were comfortable. The place was well decorated.

The staff wouldn't bring a clean blanket up to the room when we requested to had to go get one from them.

Showed up a bit early, room was ready but wanted to charge us 50.00 extra, for one hour early.

Close to Ft. Moore, super comfy beds, breakfast included.

Pillows weren’t they comfortable

All staff very polite friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was great every morning and the woman working in that area was so sweet and helpful . Outside area in back was so peaceful and relaxing it was like having access to a wooded back yard . The tree gazebo was beautiful.

Just a nice pleasant stay. Rooms clean breakfast is good staff is awesome. This was the second time there. Came for turning green ceremony and turning blue and graduation.

The smoke alarm in the room was really sensitive and went off when we took a shower. The towels were kind of small.

dirty marks on elevator inside and out. The fridge in the room held someone's food, not ours. The light switches had dirty marks all over it. The housekeeping closet door on outside was filthy.

The initial clerk I encountered wanted to charge me an additional 50 dollars because I arrived 2 hours before check in. Flight and taxi were early.

Room was very clean, no chemical smell. Bed was very comfortable. Went for my grandsons graduation from Basic we were only 5 minutes away. The Room was really Great! The breakfast was not great, but I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Could not get clean towels timely. Had to go get them myself. Told them not to change bedding the four days we stayed, only clean towels and toiletries as needed. In my view, they do not have enough towels in inventory to change out as needed. Some rooms were still getting serviced after 5:00 in the afternoon daily. Breakfast was only adequate. Hot food (eggs and a meat when available) were poor. But it is only a continental breakfast

Took forever to checkin.. breakfast was okay. Woke up the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep. Neighbors upstairs and next door was up Making noise.
