The bed was so soft I woke up with backaches both nights. The “breakfast” consisted of coffee and a few packaged muffins, packaged oatmeal, and packaged breakfast bars. It was snack food, not a breakfast.

Light bulbs were missing from 2 lights, floor wasn't thoroughly vacuumed, 30 sec button didn't work on the microwave, and the toilet paper dispenser was partially falling off the wall. Additionally, both the bathtub and toilet were leaking onto the floor. I also found it a bit disappointing that there was no ice machine for guests. I had to go to a local grocery store for ice.

It is a convenient location. On a major highway (87) and very close to another (60).

The door to the outside was not opening. Maybe they have to make is unaccessible because of the homeless outside. The breakfast was too cheap.

Customer Service was lacking. No one could help find me the person to talk to to help me figure out how to get off the DNR list if ever I need to stay again.

More than comfortable and spacious. Felt spoiled with the many amenities and a peaceful atmosphere.

In a place with a kitchen one would expect dishes. Apparently you have to ask for them. We couldn't get a toaster. Breakfast was not great. It was Coffee and power bars.

The location was okay. The bed was comfortable.

The door didn’t have the security latch, there wasn’t a vanity in the bathroom, just a small sink that was loose from the wall. The bed was hard and linens didn’t smell fresh. The smell of marijuana permeated into the room from the hallway even though smoking is not allowed.

The location was great, lots of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous.

Tub needed cleaned better it had slight ring and was oily. Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes with burn stains on counter in bathroom.

The coffee and staff great!!! Bed was comfortable as well and clean sheets and warm. Elevator for those that need it.

Room, public areas, elevator. Furniture was out dated and very very very worn. Looked as if the furniture was left over from a garage sale. If you needed clean towels you had to take the dirty towels to the desk & request clean. Housekeepiing was an extra charge that isn't disclosed until you sign in. Ad says they offer free breakfast, which is 3 pots of coffee in the loddy. Public areas are not well cleaned. Elevator sometimes did not want to work plus dirty. The cook top in the room was an old style 2 place hot plate style. Light fixtures in room were old and some had damage. If you wanted cooking items, pans, plates etc you had to get items from the front desk, if they had the item. You had to enter thru the front lobby door. Could not enter thru exterior doors becasue they had removed all all access swipe pads. Guests & employees blocked exterior doors open so they could go outside to smoke. When done doors were left blocked open and unsecured. Have never had a hotel ask for ID's from others staying in the room. To me this is a red flag that they have issues at this property. In the past stayed at a Hilton Homes 2 Suites in the area. Had none of these issues and was minimally more.

Didn’t have the room I reserved and paid for already. One gentleman at front desk wasn’t very helpful over the phone. Didn’t seem like he wanted to answer my questions. And please change the rollaway beds. Or provide better bed padding. I slept on springs, thinking the room I reserved would be available for us. I wouldn’t have to complain about the rollaways. BUT housekeeping was VERY helpful and concerned about our comfort.

no pool! what hotel in AZ doesn’t have a pool?! also during my stay the elevator was broken and they were doing construction in the lobby. the smoke detector went off in the building several times.

AC was way too loud. Rooms could have been cleaned better. Check in took a long time due to an issue with their system. The staff at check in was really nice and helpful. Shout out to Jessie on the nightshift who was awesome.

we had a handicap accessible room which the shower was dripping and the floor outside the shower was wet. We asked for a different room, but the hotel was booked. The front desk clerk came and fixed shower and cleaned water up with towels. I felt rooms needed to be updated
