The hotel seemed outdated. The decor looked old. The bathroom fixtures were broken, but still worked. The wallpaper was peeling away from the walls. The breakfast was subpar.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was mostly clean,minus a few stray hairs on the toilet. The bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal for our activities. The price point was just right.

The hot breakfast offering left something to be desired. E.g., the eggs were either powdered or over-scrambled or both - I love eggs, but I threw mine away. The only meat offered was in sausage gravy with biscuits. I had a small muffin, flavor was good but it was dry, dry, dry. I resorted to a waffle, which was fine, but hard to eat with the flimsy (below-standard for hotels, even) plastic ware.

The rate was reasonable and the room was clean and comfortable. They could use an update to a walk-in shower as opposed to a tub/shower. The location was convenient for a concert at Brown Count Music Center.

Great location. We attended a concert at Brown County Music Center in easy walking distance.

Desk staff could have been friendlier. The room had a very musty smell and the air conditioner didn't help much. The front desk didn't have change for a 5$ bill so I could get a pepsi out of the machine and the machine didn't take five dollar bills or cards. Could tell by the wall paper there was water damage, could be the reason for the smell.

The location was fine, in the middle of everything. The breakfast was good except the eggs. I got early check in which was great. Parking was very convenient. The shower was super with great water pressure.

Walls are very thin. You can easily hear the people in the rooms around you, and in the hallway. A bit pricey given the dated room.

Location is great. Staff was friendly, but seemed very understaffed. Room was decent size, comfortable, and clean. A/C unit was quiet.

I have stayed 4 times, booked from the same site, and this was the most expensive. Our toliet wouldn't flush because we checked in just in time to go eat and go to the concert, I would think the best fix for a customer would be to just put them in another room and check out the toliet later, but no, he wanted to look at at that time, then didn't. We found out that it does end up working just takes 30 minutes to flush, but still the aggravation wouldn't be away to treat a customer, especially a repeat customer. Also, since nothing is open, I'd really like a microwave in the room for microwave popcorn as we unwind after the concert.

The hotel is absolutely perfect for staying at if your going to concert at the Brown County Music Center. You can walk there and not have to fight that herendous traffic. It's clean, could use a little spruce up but beds are comfortable and that's all you really need.

There were only two towels, two wash clothes and two hand towels. We stayed for two days so I felt there should have been an extra set as there was two guest.

Front desk - hard to understand personnel. No one at front desk for checkout, so we got no receipt for our credit card charge. TV did not work.

The elevator wasn't working. We were on second floor. We were both easily able to navigate the stairs but not everyone would have, especially with luggage.

We had a room with whirlpool tub. It was wonderful to have after walking around Brown County. The room was spacious with a little area that had mini fridge, microwave, and coffee. We slept in so we didn't partake in the breakfast. Location was nice-just outside of brown county back toward Columbus. I walked over to the nearby hardware store and Family Dollar store. There is a grocery and McDonald's within walking distance, as well.

Toilet seemed to be on a water control system. Would take my wife and I 5 to a dozen flushes to completely flush the toilet.
