Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our floor smelled like weed a lot which is legal but GROSS more air freshener or something. Occupants were loud at times talking loudly in hallways and outside. You need to work on your toiletries! Minuscule shampoo conditioner and soap. Nice hotels have way larger available. Vanity area was nice but could hardly turn around in. bathroom.
Good location. Staff was nice and breakfast area was kept clean.

Our parking spot at the entrance was blocked by a shuttle vehicle as we were about to leave. There was not enough room for us to back out of our parking spot so we had to wait several minutes before leaving
Breakfast was decent. Nothing special, however I enjoyed the waffles. Location was close to the event we attended.

The beds were hard and so were the pillows. Breakfast was kinda gross. The sausage tasted like old turkey and coffee was weak

The “heated” pool was freezing. We got up there early so my children could swim, but they spent five minutes in the pool and came out with blue lips. We ended up having to go spend more money on things for them to do since we arrived to the hotel so early and couldn’t do what we had planned to do. The shampoo and conditioner that they offer are so tiny, make sure to bring your own. We also found a bug in our room a few minutes after check-in. I know this happens so it wasn’t a huge deal just slightly concerning given everything else.
Breakfast was fine, staff was friendly.

The A/C didn’t keep room cool thru the night. At times it felt warm and didn’t sleep well.
Like the room size. Like the dividingdoor between bedroom & suite. Like the suite. Don’t feel the A/C is working completely properly.

we found dry blood on the toilet. clearly the bathroom was not clean and probably the room was not that clean either. Also, the toilet was not flushing and the tap water was WHITE even if you let run the water, we had to go out and but some bottled water

They over charged my card by $200 and said I would get it back 5-7 days there went my spending money while I was there with my grandbabies and there was no hot tub and a very small pool

The shower curtain did not stay put. I would say I was underwhelmed for the price.
There was nothing really special about this property. The room was small but adequate and a little worn. Breakfast was the usual fare for this type of property. We were traveling home so just needed a place to rest our heads enroute. The room provided that.

Would have liked an extra blanket and pillow in the room a for the pull out couch. Our daughter stayed with us for one night before dropping her at her college dorm and there was no extras for the couch pullout. The hot tub was broken for our last night there but when I talked to the front desk they did say that's unusual for this hotel and the owners are great about getting it fixed fast which is good for future refference.. We did stay here a year before and everything was in working order that time.
Breakfast was good. There was hot waffles eggs and sausage. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was warm which we loved. It also had a hot tub for adult relaxation. Has snacks and other essential items for purchase just in case you forget something. Good location and easy to get to either mountian activities or city. Feels safe and secure. Comfortable beds and large rooms.

The room was cleaned to a minimum. Like not much attention to detail was used. Someone else’s hair was on the bathroom floor. Only 2 restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel. Not many options to choose from.
The breakfast was ok. They could have replenished it faster. Staff was very friendly.
