Others staying at the hotel are disruptive and excessively loud late at night (after midnight). Showing up sloppy drunk and all that entails.

The heater was programmed to not to go over 74. This hotel while comfortable and clean is not worth the price. ASLO I was charged in one transaction, $100.00 for incidentals. In a second transaction I was charged the room fee + another $100.00 for incidentals which was $384.00 total (taken out upon check-in) for one night. The $100.00 incidental fee on the room transaction did fall off the next day after check out. As of 4 days after checking out, the separate $100.00 transaction is still in process. I was told it will also fall off. Most customers do not expect their accounts to be charged an extra $200.00 for a mediocre one night hotel stay. 🤔

The room was clean, comfortable, mini frig, microwave & coffee maker was a plus. Breakfast was so so. Sausage links were awesome.

The smell of chlorine was prevalent when you walk into the hall. The coffee wasn’t hot. The room isn’t cleaned daily and only after the third day IF you request it.

Breakfast had few options and did not seem overly appealing. Decided not to have breakfast and went to a restaurant instead. Did not have maid service the entire stay; maybe that is the policy, but I was unaware. Expected to come back to a fresh room after a hard day out.

The walls were EXTREMELY thin. You can hear everything. The pool is tiny as well. The night staff couldn’t answer my question.

The cleanliness of the hotel was very sub-par. There was feces on multiple walls and light switch in the bathroom (one picture enclosed) When we arrived, we had to clean all the handles and light switches because they were visibly soiled. The couch, floors and curtains were all dirty. There was food under the night stand. We don't expect perfection in a hotel, but it was gross. We didn't change hotels because we had two exhausted kiddos and didn't want to deal with reloading all the luggage, etc. We opted to clean ourselves. There is no hot tub, which surprised us given the pool. Perhaps the most frustrating part of the stay is that we had to change our own towels and garbages three out of four days. We chose a hotel over an airbnb this trip to avoid the cleaning and maintenance. There was a sign indicating 'can request housekeeping daily.' When was asked for it only to get new towels and garbage changing (we did not need the full housekeeping service), we were told we couldn't have it. Soooo- we had to do it ourselves; this was unacceptable. Upon check-in, the computer system wasn't working and the front desk clerk verbalized all his frustrations. We had to wait at the front desk while he called the owner and had a disgruntled conversation. Rather than allowing us to unload our belongings, we asked that we wait while they reboot their system. This didn't feel like a customer issue- but was made to be one. In his defense, computer issues happen and it was clear management wasn't supporting him.

The Queen Suite Room was perfect for our family of four. It allowed for a separate living space, so we didn't feel so cramped during our four day stay. The pool was nice, but very small. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast; we were satisfied with it. Location was very nice- located about a block off of a more frequented main street and not far from easy-access highway.
