Our original room had an issue with the toilet but the property staff were quick to relocate us to a up grated unit at no additional cost.

Sofa bed mattress was very disgusting and dirty and location of hotel was very uncomfortable with intoxicated people or people under the influence of some kind of substances and they were very loud close to our room which made our family feel unsafe. The extra security of having the lock inside our room was broken so it felt unsafe

Pool was closed we are in AZ it’s always hot enough to swim, and the breakfast was not breakfast it was cereal and coffee not what it says they offer this was upsetting because I made sure to pick a hotel with a pool and breakfast.

We were put in a part of the hotel that seemed like it was strictly for longterm guests with dogs. The hallway stank horrifically because of this. The smell was similar to a dog with a severe ear infection (speaking from experience) and there was hair all over the carpet. Everytime we had to pass by we had to hold our breath because it was that bad. I just wish we would've been asked if that was ok, or warned. The price of the hotel was too pricey in my opinion for what we got.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff informed me that I booked a full bed, which I appreciated, and instead changed it to a king bed. The location was decent and the lobby was clean and tidy. This was decent enough for one overnight stay only. Would not stay here more than that.

Other guests were noisy, dogs were barking. There was a roach in our room. And, while I can't be sure this is connected to our stay I developed a strange rash on my skin the next day.

Somewhat run-down; carpet could be replaced. Bathroom ceiling ventilation fan had become detached and was hanging down. Even though it was a nonsmoking room, there was a persistent, heavy odor of cigarette smoke. Very noisy until 2 - 3 am.

We found some roaches in the room. 2 were dead and one was alive until we killed it. We also did not have any towels in our room at all. We only had 2 wash cloths. There were holes in the walls.

The size of the room was good and the air conditioning worked fantastic! Even with it being 119 degrees the room was almost cold!

I saw 2 cockroaches in my room, so after that I was not comfortable laying or sitting anywhere. Me and my Family didnt even want to take a shower because the tub looked horrible. Instead of fixing and trying to get rid of the mold around the tub, it was covered by masking tape. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I liked there was a working full refrigerator and sink. I didnt use the stove, so I dont know if it worked. The staff was very nice and accomodating.

The hallway smelled of marijuana . I requested a room close to the elevator due to limited mobility. Our room was an excessive distance away from the elevator. We heard every nose from the unit above us.
