We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

They had a good breakfast which included baked goods, cereal, yogurts, and a waffle maker. The staff was excellent! Amazingly friendly. We had to bring a pet, so they accommodated that by placing us in a room with engineered wood flooring.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a few day and we’re give new towels and bedding upon request. Coffee was ready at all times of the day and despite renovations it was clean.

United States of AmericaI didn't like that there are no elevators. The rooms were clean but the hallways need to be vacuumed and or swept. You could hear the springs in the mattress whenever you got up or turned over.
It was in a very convenient location. Near restaurants and stores. The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff was awesome checking in and checking out. I also like that they told you before you arrived that there is a deposit instead of waiting until arrival. The amount was reasonable also. We enjoyed our stay. Great value for the price.
