Dogs barking all morning. Woke me and my kids up. I also saw multiple people get turned away because the hotel was over booked and they wouldn’t or couldn’t honor the persons booking even though they already paid.

Staff at checkout was great. I mentioned there was a bit of broken glass in the parking lot and they immediately came and swept up. Very caring and friendly.

I wasn't able to get a longer extension on my check out time.

I had a great stay until my last day.I wanted a late check out and only got a half and hr extension, then I had multiple bags so had to do two trips to my car when I went back into my room my key no longer worked mind you this is after I had a half an hr extension so had to go back to the desk to get my key fixed and the lady Becky was not as friendly as the girl who checked me in. Thank you Janet for a nice and warm welcome. Would I stay here again yes, I would overall it was a nice and comfortable stay.

The property was quite noisy, the walls were very thin.

The staff was very friendly, even though they seemed quite busy. The rooms were nice.

The bed was uncomfortable and had us tossing and turning all night. The towel exchange program was tedious and needing to order pots and pans was problematic in that we would have cooked more had they already been there; we understand the reasoning due to COVID.

The location was perfect; it was about 10 minutes from my friends that we were visiting. The staff were friendly. There was hot water and a spacious shower. The television was a good size. Overall the room was good.

One elevator was broken which seemed to cause some issues/delays for visitors transporting luggage and leaving luggage racks on various floors.

Staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. spacious enough for staying an extended time without feeling too cramped.

our room was not ready when we arrived which was about an hour and a half after check in. also they should really just skip the breakfast offering altogether if the offering is going to be that minimal.

I didn’t like that I only got one pan and it was peeling a bit. I specifically booked this place for the kitchen so I could cook and relax. Also woke up without water and it didn’t come back on until 1pm and even then the shower wasn’t working. It was orange when it came back on at first has to let it run. I get they were working on pipes but a heads up would have been great. The only other thing would have been the elevator ding I could hear it from my room every time someone got on or off the elevator slightly annoying so I would ask for room away from elevator lol

The staff was great day shift and night..I can’t remember the lady’s name that checked me in but she was quick, friendly and helpful. Nellie was awesome and very helpful when the water was turned off. Besides the elevator ding and occasional housekeeper walking by it was quiet. The rooms are cute and they give you ice trays, cups, plates, coffee etc for kitchen supplies. Bathroom stocked. The pull away table was a cute touch. I was able to do what I came to do relax and kick back.

We were only there for one night but it’s really meant for longer stays, so it seemed a little bare bones, but it was fine.

It was very convenient to Providence, if you have a car. it was clean, updated, and well kept. Beds were comfortable.

I felt like I was staying in a dormitory and not a hotel. The "neighbors" were fighting, there was dogs barking in the corridor, very strong scent coming from one of the neighbor next door.

There was no carpet and we loved it. It was clean and very practical. The door blocked out the noise coming from the corridor.

Everything meet my expectations, no complaints

Hotel was in close proximity to downtown Providence. Facility was clean, staff were polite, & offer grab & go breakfast items. Bonus; Bally'sTwin River Casino about 15min drive for all you gamblers(myself included) 😀

Odd smell permeated throughout the buildings, hallways were muggy with heat.
