The staff just added clean towels and changed the bed linen. The kitchen (i.e., the fridge) and the bathroom were filthy with hair everywhere, and the toilet had not been scrubbed in days as feces, pubic hair, and blood were visible upon entering the bathroom. The kitchen was outdated and did not match the online photos. The shower had long strands of hair hanging from up high on the walls and there was a big hole surrounding the showerhead resembling significant water damage. The floors were sticky and not swept and there was goo on the headboards. The mattresses were hard and it sounded like people were doing construction at 3AM. My family and I arrived at the location at 10PM. I had planned to stay 2 nights but ended the visit after one night.

The night staff was cordial but appeared bored. The morning staff was friendlier and empathetic to my experience.

I generally felt a bit unsafe and cleanliness was an issue. I was only in for a night but debated leaving and making the trip home earlier. My first room on the bottom floor was like a dungeon with a broken door that didn’t close properly. There was a piece of wood bandaiding the door lock where it looks like maintenance tried to make their own piece. There were small bugs crawling on the floor and walls. The next room I switched to on the second floor had stained towels and stains and hair on the mattress protector. The sink didn’t drain properly and filled when I used it. I could hear people talking until the early hours of the morning and coupled with an uncomfortable bed and the smallest pillows, I did not get a good night’s sleep. I do understand that the pricing is a value for the area but this felt more like an independent motel in the middle of nowhere vs a chain.

Staff at front desk was very friendly and informative as well as apologetic when I switched rooms. I’m left super early the next day and coffee and breakfast bars were out already.

Continental breakfast consisted of coffee ,tea bags and packs of dry oatmeal and granola bars.The room had trash under the bed and the refrigerator was dirty inside,hair dryer was filthy,noisy refrigerator and air conditioner.The parking lot was always trashy and overflowing trash can.People sitting and smoking weed in parked cars everyday on the premises.Dogs living in cars and barking as you walk passed.You had to take your own trash out to a trash room and bring your dirty linens to the front desk to exchange them for fresh ones.Pay an extra fee for dogs.Nasty attitude from front desk Manager.

Bed Bug infestation!

I was totally disappointed my room had bed bugs. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED staff THEY REFUSED TO come to checkTHE ROOM. THEY did not want to come to check the room. I WAS TOTALLY DISCUSSED. I did not want to stay in a place where there is a bed bug infestation. I HAVE SEVERAL VIDEOS HOWEVER THIS SURVEY DID NOT ALLOW ME TO UPLOAD........I HAVE PROOF.....

The fact that I was double charged by booking.com and the hotel, luckily the morning front desk worker contacted her gm and was able to issue a refund for the second charge. Other than that no further issues.

Heater didn't work in my room and they wouldn't move me to another room. They had no one to fix it. The front desk was polite but refused to help. I left.

I had no heat all night , had to sleep in a coat and when I approched the customer service rep, she stated sorry you have to freeze, but theres nothing I can do right now, she did not even offer me some extra blankets which I found out the next morning was an option she could of and shouls of offered. This was my first stay and deffinately my last. I asked the morning attendent to compensate me for the inconvienience and he said he'll pass it along. Customer service was terible .

The room entrance/exit door would get stuck slightly had to push it hard to open and shut for it to lock. One of the lights didn't work. There were trash and food particles on the hallway floor at times no one bothered to clean it up. Constant marijuana smell in the hallway which I thought upon check in the area was smoke free since this was explained to me upon check in and I signed a form explaining that a fee of $250 would be charged if anyone smoked in the rooms. The Marijuana smell is what was last straw so I ended up losing $$$ checking out 1 day earlier. I mention these issues to front desk lady she basically told me report it to my 3rd party app they'll assist you with any issues I incurred during my stay.

The amenities were nice, but the room felt a bit overpriced; it seemed like an $80 room that I paid $110 for (the $100 deposit, even if it's refundable, was an unwelcome surprise). The remote and several lamps didn't work and I could see some water damage in the bathroom. Overall though, the stay was very pleasant.

Your staff are top knotch, everything was comfortable, and access to a fridge and microwave were great!
