I didn't like that the A/C didn't work, there was no breakfast meat in the morning, and the fire alarm would beep very loudly every 2 minutes, also most importantly there was a cockaroach on the wall one night. That made everything extremely uncomfortable.

I like that it was comfortable bed, hot coffee, and affordable price.

We had water Issues, the water wouldn't turn off after a shower we tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room didn't work. So my son went down to the front desk and I talked to them via phone they said they would be up as soon as possible. No one came my son and my godson eventually got it off. We then asked for an extra pillow and never got it until the next morning. It was clean but the service was not good

The attendant or receptionist did not throughly look at my reservation had me leave the property and come back to find out I was at the right location the entire time no apology just a lack there of concern I’m use to that when it comes to people from he culture they only care about money

Didn’t like that one of the staff members were very rude. The young man talked to me and other guests very rudely regarding the breakfast rules. His words were “everyday I have to remind YOU people that you’re not supposed to take breakfast upstairs.” It was the first time I had even spoke to or seen him so I was a bit confused.

No exhaust fan inside the bathroom, the bathroom door doesn’t stay close, the faucet was really hard to adjust between hot and cold water. The main door has at least half an inch gapoff the ground so we heard all the busy traffic conversation and in fact one early morning we could hear a guy yelling at around 5 a.m in the hallway waking us up on our sleep.

Spacious and housekeeping staff were very accommodating especially when we asked for new towels daily.

They advertise a swimming pool but the cover was covered with trash. It was evident that it hadn't been open and usable for several years. There was a breakfast included but there was very little to it. A gentleman came down and demanded more items. The lady got many more items out. Morning #2 was back to very few items. As a diabetic, waffles, cereal, and toast aren't good choices for me, and my blood sugar.

My room was clean. The a/c kept the room comfortable. The bed was great.

Thought I was going to be able to sleep in this morning but to my rude awakening was extremely loud construction work that started at 8 am sharp. Lots of loud hammering and sawing too early in the morning. You'd think they would wait until at least check-out time before starting any loud projects..

Large clean rooms with new updates. Bathroom was clean and neat. Clean bed linens and bath rags and towels. Breakfast was good.

It seems like they were going thru a renovation & the room we had was definitely NOT in the newly renovated portion. In our room the toilet seat was not firmly affixed when we first arrived. My Mom told the front desk staff when we left Saturday morning & it was fixed when we got back. On Sunday morning when we were preparing to leave there was a piece of cardboard on the bed I slept on & when I asked were it came from my Mom said behind one of the kitchen appliances... it was part of an old pizza box... we didn't not have pizza during our stay.

The lady who checked us in on Friday night was very friendly as was the lady who was there Saturday and Sunday morning. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was good for being a 'grab & go' meal.

I checked in got to my room. The door did not shut properly or lock right. The air did not work right. There was hair in the bed and the floors were nasty. It was nothing like the pictures. I left after 10 mins. For I felt very unsafe and scared to be there. I feel you was very misleading in your advertisement.

The man who works afternoons/nights is the most nasty and vile person on this earth. He stole $130 from me, had the nastiest attitude, hung up in my face over requesting a refund, and told me not to contact his property anymore. He also said he doesn’t deal with any issues with people who spoke to representatives before him which makes no sense because if you’re the representative on duty, you’re responsible for handling guest services. Am I right??

The breakfast smelled good but I wouldn’t know how it tasted because as most hotels, it ends early.

Friendly fast and efficient service. Only drawback was the maid forgot to put towels back in the room. But overall it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again.
