room could have been cleaned alot better. we were still finding trash. the light bulbs in the whole room could have been better lighting as well. staff lied said pool would be closed all day, opened back up mid evening . fridge bearly stayed cold. it wasnt worth what we paid for.

No air on 3rd floor, room was hot, air barely worked, it was dirty with hairs in the tub, room smelled moldy. Friend’s room had bugs in it.

First off when we checked in Wess checked us in and he deserves 5 stars! Super nice and understanding! The 1st room we was put in had stains all over the pull out couch. Ac didn't seem to work well at all so I asked for another room. Can I just say all the beds seem to be in "New or Newer condition" However NO MATTRESS PROTECTION FROM BUGS! Huge downfall on their part bc bed bugs are still a thing. So the second room we was put in wasn't clean. So I went down and asked Wess for a vacuum. We Found rice crispy cereal goodwill tags(multiple) and a nasty sock in the pull out bed! I cleaned the room so that we could stay 4nights comfortably. Do I think this room is worth 75$ a night? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! We're in a double room with couch"pull out bed" our reservation was for 2 adults 3 children. I am so thankful my son and granddaughter stayed with family bc we all would've fit "Comfortably" in this room. The Breakfast? Where do I start? Everything and I mean EVERYTHING IS WATERED DOWN! The waffle batter, the OJ,Apple juice! They have biscuits sausage patty, egg. Waffles(plain & blueberry) & blueberry muffins, yogurt and apples. That's it! Burn holes in the bed covers! Found a piece of pizza stuck to the inside of the trash can. We never had pizza! So this place was nasty! I travel to Morristown every summer! I will never stay here again!

The worst place I’ve ever seen!!! It was a drug ran facility!! Prostitution, drugs, and more!!!! Mattresses thrown out in the parking lot, more cigarette smoking at the front door than in a bar. Mainly all men standing around. Cars in and out doing transactions. Three men standing around the building stalking anyone pulling in. I was only there for 20 minutes and left. I never even checked into a room. I seen enough from the parking lot to know I wasn’t staying.

No regard 2 my safety

The elevator closed on me, leaving a nasty bruise. The desk clerk and the owners sister n law saw it. The desk clerk put an out of order sign on it. She called the owner, Sam Shaw, and informed him. He asked if I needed 2 go the o hospital. I couldn't go 2 local dr because I had to travel back home 2 alabama. I called Sam Shaw (owner) the next day. He told me there was nothing wrong with the elevator. Yelled at me and made me feel as if it was my fault.

Heated pool was cold & moldy, grounds were dirty, blankets had cigarette burns, sheets were stained, neighbors were loud ( not facilities fault) honestly if it wasn't so late and the lady up front wasn't so nice I probably would've just left and found something else. It was just 1 night so I slept about 2 hours between the noises.

It was the nastiest place I have ever been to. I don’t think it has ever been cleaned. Blood on the walls and poop in the toilet. Dirt and crud everywhere. Stains in the carpet.

The bed was uncomfortable and the couch was uncomfortable. Only half of the outlet worked that the fridge and the coffee pot was plugged into... I had to unplug the fridge so I could use the coffee pot. Nothing was ever replenished or cleaned during my stay.
