In midst of remodeling. Breakfast was not the best, very greasy bacon, just not first class for what they charged. No room service, lots of dirty towels, had to bring wet towels to desk to get clean towels. Not first rate, OK but look elsewhere, we will.

Close in town, had to go to VA medical appointments. Not much else to recommend. No pool, no hot tub, no whirlpool tub, no hand bars shower area. Slow toilet flushing. No restaurant. Nothing to justify the cost.

The cleanliness of the kitchen and ice machine looks like a used tire shop. Would not eat anything that didn't come prewrapped. Surprised the state health department hasn't shut them down! Too many homeless allowed to loiter outside and in the main waiting area-coming in to use facilities and get hot coffee, taking up seating for guests. Outside needs to be cleaned up, construction dumpsters aside, general parking lot cleanliness needs drastic improvement as it is shared with another food business. Front desk is understaffed most of the time, usually a sign at desk saying they'll be back. Not sure I'll return even though I'm a member of their rewards club.

Good location to downtown. Staff friendly. Renovations are improvements but very noisy.

The room was too warm and the fan was very noisy/rattly. We asked for our room to be serviced after two days; they didn't do that except gave us more towels. (they said they were too busy) The shower was cold for 36 hours....not able to have a hot shower. Had to walk a fair way to find an open cafe.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The close proximity of the Teppanyaki Restaurant was a redeeming factor Close to local buses

The hotel lobby was not very appealing, the gym was tiny and cramped, and the breakfast was sub-par

The room was very good, particularly the extra space for the work desk/sofa, and that in itself was worth it all, as I wake up early to work and my wife could sleep in without disturbance

Hotel is under renovation but ok. Faint paint smell in room (3rd floor). No trash receptacle in room (brought from reception after call). Had to run shower/lavatory/kitchenette hot water for 15+ minutes to get hot water.

Room was very spacious with a small sitting/work area, kitchnette, refidgerator. Very comfortable bed/mattress and pillows. Nice view of the park behind the hotel. Good TV and wifi service. Fairly conveniently located to downtown (walking distance). Good breakfast (hot and continental) with friendly service.

Heat can be a bit strong even when turned down to 58 degrees, it can still be a bit hard to breathe in. I had to crack open the windows a bit from time to time. There is a bit of stray hairs in the bathroom. I saw a small bloodstain in the sheets and I was unsure of the black dots I saw in the bedsheets from time to time. Parts near the location for going to the general store could be kind of sketch.

Staff are nice. Complementary breakfast (6a-9a) was flavorful and not greasy. There is a variety to choose from. Complementary WiFi. Heat. I want to emphasize that there is a mini kiosk and not a market as advertised. Location is near restaurants and stores.

There were stray hairs in bed sheets/ counter/night stand. Behind head of mattress on box spring crumbs n more hair. We also had splattered red liquid in our room. But price point was cheap and room was roomy (sheets/pillowcases clean) and staff nice~

The rooms are nice and come w mini separate living room w door separating from bedroom. There's a mini fridge and microwave too w sink. Benihana is only couple steps away! The gentleman working at night n morning were very nice and informative.

Breakfast served till 10 would be nice. I didn't like that I was in a room with no tub. Shower was not great the flow was rather slow. Maid service was not up to my expectations

Breakfast was great. Room comfortable. Like the suite style room. Great to have access to refrigerator and microwave. Great room rate compared to similar hotels.

    See above.

Breakfast was rather hot and miss, as it often became too crowded with nowhere to sit. Food was okay, and the staff helpful. Our room was noisy. The heater motor or whatever it was outside, was noisy all night and when we asked to move the manager refused, so we had sleepless nights. Location was okay if you wanted a bus back to the airport, bit otherwise it was quite a walk. Think I should have done mk4e research before and perhaps booked elsewhere
