When we first arrived our bed had dead & alive ants in it, luckily we did a bed inspection if not we could've ran the risk of being bitten in our sleep! Also the maintenance inside the building is not up kept. The carpeting is stained throughout, paint damage, & other cosmetic damage do not give a comfortable or inviting experience . We paid for a room upgrade to a king bed because the queen bed we had was not comfortable, the AC unit in the 2nd room would not stay on & the room did not get to temperature that was set so the room was too warm & the outlet in the bathroom would not work even though we tried to reset with breaker/ reset buttons.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was fine. Nothing spectacular but still appreciated for a quick bite on your way out the door. Our king bed was more comfortable than the queen beds from the first 2 room we were placed in.

Just about everything halls were dirty never vacuumed the hall for over a week trash in the halls bugs in the room some staff were very rude except for marabel she was very nice.

The light switch in room would not stay off. Had to put the room key on the side of switch to make it tight so the switch would stay down. they are short staffed on cleaning people I had to bring down towels and bedding to get a exchange. Inconvenienced.

The check in experience was bizarre. We initially arrived earlier in the evening and the gentleman at the front, Caucasian male in his 20s, helped us and informed us that the reservation most likely had not been completely processed since I had just placed it a few minutes prior through booking.com. We informed him we planned on going across the street to the bar and asked if we could check in afterwards. He stated there would be no problem. We returned to check in around 0200 and attempted to check in with a different gentleman at the front, I don’t recall his name however he was an African American male in his 20s, he informed us that there was an issue with our check in because it was past midnight and he would no longer be able to honor our booking.com reservation. We found it odd considering when we had attempted to check in during the day, and we’re not told of any requirements to check in before midnight. Nonetheless we asked to book the same room. When we went to pay he informed us that there would be an early check in fee of $20/ hour we wanted to check in early, and since normal check in time was 1600, the fee would be another $200 in addition to the $208 for the room. Despite the math ($20/ hour x ~13 hours= $260) not adding up, we asked if there was any other way since we were informed earlier in the day there would be no issues if we checked in later. After some back and forth, we informed him we would be reaching out to management in the morning and would find a different place to stay. After this there some how was a room for the original price and configuration of what we booked initially through booking.com. We checked in for the original price of ~$208 and had no further issues. My group and I felt like we were being scammed and if we hadn’t put our foot down, we would have paid DOUBLE the price of the room in made up “fees” since we were told there was no other option.

The location was conveniently located for what we had traveled to enjoy and the room was comfortable and clean, as well as the bathroom. Overall the room was great, the check in experience was not satisfactory to say the least.

We booked or reserved for 2 beds but when we checked in the staff didnt tell us no more available 2 beds room, he gave us 1 bed for 4 of us. So We complained, it was the only the time he checked and good thing the next room with 1 bed is available so he gave us for free. But still he should have informed us, so we're not separated in 1 room.. :(

The lack of care by MANY guests that did NOT clean up after their pets! That’s just so freak’n WRONG! 😠 I witnessed 5 guests with multiple dogs, everyone of them just walked away. SMH! The wafting odor as you go in and out of the hotel was nauseating. This is the reason WHY I only gave it 7 Stars - Nice place, but will consider other accommodations next time.

Gave me a room with broken bed when I arrived.. maybe coz I checked in late … but they solved it later. Overall experience was fine. There was a billing issue but they solved it later when I arrived at the desk.

Good sized rooms with kitchen and decent sized windows. Staff was helpful; had few ups n downs. Location was great near highway 57 and arrowhead highway. There’s a taco bell and McDonald’s on 2 mins walk so u can get late night snack Lots of parking.

We stayed in room #301, the carpets were very dirty, my wife thought a spot might have been blood. The bathroom tub has lost its sandpaper surface and was very slippery and there are no grab bars, we call the front desk for a rubber mat which they did not have. I decided to stay at extended stay really for the kitchenette, I was very surprised that upon entering only to find all the cupboards bare and only to find a card stating that if I wanted/needed any supplys I needed to get them from the front desk as also was the case with the hair dryer. In conclusion, I will never stay at an Extended Stay hotel again, I will pay the extra money for a Best Western. I also thought/felt the hotel is a transient stay hotel. Thank you

The facility was dirty, worn, smelled and didn’t feel safe! There are a lot of homeless in the area and people without homes staying there. The room was old, no blankets, chipped paint, not clean, the fridge sounded like something was in it like a rodent or in the wall. At 1am car alarms started going off and a gentleman that lives there said 2 cars had been stolen that week, I couldn’t get out early enough. Then I showed the photos and videos to the front desk and the guy gave me a $40 credit so he said, but actually charged me another $40 😡 called and no one can help until Wednesday

The room we were assigned couldn’t be opened with our key. We had to wait 30 minutes for a staff member to open the door manually. Staff allowed my husband and I to get dressed in a room, but then assigned us another room with a proper functioning door. But throughout the entire process, the staff was very polite and professional.

The staff were very professional and friendly. They tried to be as accommodating as possible.
