No ice machine, breakfast was grab n go snacks, not a warm breakfast, only shampoo, no conditioner, no built in hairdryer, halls and elevator was filthy, the room was decent, bed was not comfortable

It was close to the location we were visiting and it was also close to restaurant’s of a wide variety.

Unfortunately, around the parking facility had quite a bit of trash. It didn’t “look“ safe.  Although the attendant was courteous, knowledgeable, and nice, there was only one of her. There were a lot of people waiting to check in. 

The Extended Stay America Suites has a good location: right off the interstate, and surprisingly, still quiet. It had plenty of lighting in the parking lot. However, no amenities are around the building.  The person checking everyone in was nice, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable.  The king size bed seemed new and was extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised about that.

No ice machines. It’s because there is a refrigerator in the room, but we were only there one night.

We were in town for a funeral, and this hotel was just down the street from the funeral home. It was also very close to restaurants and gas stations.

Not as clean as could be. The shower wasn’t working properly and we’re told it would be fixed the next day, no one ever came back. The fridge and hallway had an odor.

People left dog poop on around the property outside and near entry ways. The fire alarms went off every night I was there. First night woke me out of a dead sleep. The beds need upgraded. Slept on a very old spring mattress. Floors were extremely sticky.

it was right around the corner from the park my son played his tournament. The kitchenette was very useful and having an actual fridge and freezer was great. Front desk staff was very friendly and respectful. Check in and out was quick and easy.

The hotel carpets have a musty smell to them. It kind of feels muggy in the halls. I think a good carpet cleaning is due.

there was no breakfast included, even though it was indicated on the reservation.

The price was reasonable and the property was pet friendly. The pet fee was not bad, but it was not included in the rate quoted. I blame Booking for this.

The breakfast was very sad - a couple types of granola bars, instant oatmeal and muffins were the only options - this was disappointing as we expected more hot options. The facility was more dated than the photos let on, the hallways were especially dimly lit. Very low water pressure in the showers, but the water did get hot quickly!

I interacted with four to five different staff members in our weekend stay, every one of them was helpful and accommodating in professional, friendly manner! For the several downfalls of the facility, the staff completely made up for it. It was nice to have a full sized fridge and microwave (we did not use the stove). The room seemed clean and bed was comfortable enough.

Dirty at entrance and lobby. Carpet looked terrible. Rubbish overflowing in bins outside. The receptionist was doing everyone else's work carting out rubbish to back of building, serving us, showing us the room, changing it to non smoke smelling one (supposed to be all non smoking) and she was also helping another woman wheel in large furniture items that arrived by truck. She never complained in fact she was very friendly. Great worker but I think a bit overworked.

Room had a nice big fridge as well as a mini kitchen. Room clean, comfy and though the highway right there was actually pretty sound proof. So close your eyes till you get to the room but hope it is not a smoke smell.
