We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsAirconditioning needed maintenance. Sounded like a jet engine in our room. Their solution was either a refund so i could go to another hotel? Wait, what? Anyway they moved us to a handicapped room which was fine. Know that there is only one working ice machine in the entire hotel. Rest is broken.

United States of AmericaUnfortunately found a decorative nail sticker in my breakfast. When we did travel to the mall and come back there was no place for a U-turn except 1.5 miles up the road, so had to turn into other places before that to be able to get on the right side of the road.
Room was spacious, and nice layout. Even though there were two of us there was plenty of room to lounge and be comfortable. Close enough to the mall to pop over for shopping.

United States of AmericaThe conveniences in the room was really nice with full-sized small refrigerator, dishes, etc.. However, the sleeping temperature was uneven, sometimes it was pleasantly cool, other times it was too warm. Lastly, the shade was broken; a parking lot view is expected, but, if one cannot have a crack of sunlight, it's dark and gloomy. Please fix the shade.
Location, parking, staff, cleanliness of room is all good. The proximity to conveniences such as highways, local streets, supermarket, "big box" stores, a nifty Indian grocery store across the parking lot is also good.

United States of AmericaIt was very strange getting to the property, as you had to u-turn past the property to come around and enter. At night, parking closer to the entrance could be a bit tough. In my last day, one of the elevators had an outage issue, but was repaired fairly quickly. None of the situations mentioned made it a terrible experience though.
It was very convenient to the Expo Center. The room was larger than I’d expected, with a pull out couch and efficiency kitchen. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was decent…clean.
