We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Basic hotel to crash for the night. The housekeeping services are terrible, we found a box of chicken meal in the refrigerator, when they cleaned our room they didn't replenish with any loo roll, coffee tea, etc. The breakfast was ok, they don't have anything non vegetarian so bring your own protein. Otherwise it's is a good place to stay, just don't expect exceptional services.

United States of AmericaThe lamps needed replacing,and the carpet does too. The bathroom was gross. The tub was covered in dirty soap scum due to the fact that the tub drain was stopped up and when you shower the water stands over your feet, YUCK! After my husband discovered that in his shower, I just used a cup to pour water over me so I didn't have to stand in that nastiness. The white towels were not at all white, more if a grey shade, made you feel like they weren't clean.
Beds were clean and comfortable. The sleeping area was attractively decorated with nice bedding and furniture. Nice to have the small table with 2 chairs as well as a microwave and refrigerator.

FranceThe room was very dark, and as it was on the ground floor on the way to the pool, we had to keep the curtains drawn to stop people looking in. The breakfast was chaos; in a very small space for too many people.
This was easy to find, and within walking distance to many places in Kanab. The pool area, although much more rundown than the photos, was welcome after a day's travelling, with a great view of red mountains from the hot tub. The room was fine, if quite small.

GermanyThe carpet was freshly cleaned, unfortunately it was still damp when we checked in.
Even though it’s a bit outdated and a bit scruffy looking, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Breakfast choices are interesting and offer one fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, and yoghurt in addition to the other things available. I would stay again as the value for price and proximity to Zion National Park and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon are great.

Great staff and pool, wonderful location, everyone was a hoot! We had a great time, the staff and I all hit the store right before 10 (9pm Cali/Vegas/AZ time) together which was really funny. Very kind people, and excellent service.

I loved the pool. It was a little cool but for an outside pool it was a great size.
