Poor quality of breakfast, no place where to eat breakfast

I paid for what was listed as 2 king, but it was a 2 queen. I would've stayed somewhere else had I known it wasn't king-size beds. I felt a bit deceived.

The heater blows on my bed at night, so I turn it off. No seating for breakfast in the lobby, so I eat standing up, or go out.

My room is huge with two queen beds and a huge bathroom for disabled people

Housekeeping was nowhere up to the mark.

Basic hotel to crash for the night. The housekeeping services are terrible, we found a box of chicken meal in the refrigerator, when they cleaned our room they didn't replenish with any loo roll, coffee tea, etc. The breakfast was ok, they don't have anything non vegetarian so bring your own protein. Otherwise it's is a good place to stay, just don't expect exceptional services.

Bathroom could‘ve been a little cleaner and hairdryer didn‘t work but still everything absolutely okay for the price!

Trash in parking lot, gross, worn out carpet in room. Free breakfast was a joke. No protein, nothing a diabetic could eat.

Pet friendly, great location, quiet room. Restaurants nearby. Convenient charging area on desk for electronic devices. Pleasant staff allowed us to freeze our cooler packs.

The lamps needed replacing,and the carpet does too. The bathroom was gross. The tub was covered in dirty soap scum due to the fact that the tub drain was stopped up and when you shower the water stands over your feet, YUCK! After my husband discovered that in his shower, I just used a cup to pour water over me so I didn't have to stand in that nastiness. The white towels were not at all white, more if a grey shade, made you feel like they weren't clean.

Beds were clean and comfortable. The sleeping area was attractively decorated with nice bedding and furniture. Nice to have the small table with 2 chairs as well as a microwave and refrigerator.

The bathroom sink was mostly plugged - needed attention. The breakfast area was small, spartan although the waffle griddle worked well.

Easy check in, fairly quiet location away from the main road/Hwy, and good mattress for a budget property.

Breakfast was provided but a very limited selection and really no place to enjoy it unless you sit outside or go to your room.

The staff were very helpful in helping us locate a suitable room. The location met our needs very well and if the facility is up graded it could be very nice.

The room was very dark, and as it was on the ground floor on the way to the pool, we had to keep the curtains drawn to stop people looking in. The breakfast was chaos; in a very small space for too many people.

This was easy to find, and within walking distance to many places in Kanab. The pool area, although much more rundown than the photos, was welcome after a day's travelling, with a great view of red mountains from the hot tub. The room was fine, if quite small.

The carpet was freshly cleaned, unfortunately it was still damp when we checked in.

Even though it’s a bit outdated and a bit scruffy looking, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Breakfast choices are interesting and offer one fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, and yoghurt in addition to the other things available. I would stay again as the value for price and proximity to Zion National Park and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon are great.

This is a mid-century roadside motel which can definitely use a facelift. Past smoking in rooms might never come out of outdated carpeted floors and wallpaper. Consider skipping breakfast. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed ...

A little dated on the outside but the rooms are really nice, AC is great, but not run all the time when guests are not there, however, Kanab is only 75-80 during the summer.

Great staff and pool, wonderful location, everyone was a hoot! We had a great time, the staff and I all hit the store right before 10 (9pm Cali/Vegas/AZ time) together which was really funny. Very kind people, and excellent service.

The fridge didn't work. We had to ask twice for another towel (there were four of us staying and they only stocked three towels for us). We also had to ask for TP but they were nice employees.

I loved the pool. It was a little cool but for an outside pool it was a great size.
