We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This made me uncomfortable. Is this really the hotel's policy? This is the first time I encountered this. They don't value their guests!!!

United States of AmericaNothing at breakfast was appealing but not a surprise. I had a tough time getting the curtains to cover the bright light in the parking lot, but I was able to make it work. I would stay again.
The room was clean and comfortable, and a good deal for the price. It was a little outdated, and some of the furniture a bit roughed up, but it was clean and comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe front desk Clerk upon check out was cold. Didn’t ask about our stay. At breakfast, we came down a few minutes before 9 am. She cut the juice machine off after I said I needed a little juice to take my meds. it would not have hurt to accommodate us even if it was a minute after 9 at this point. we had already begun to toast our bagels and make coffee and she cut the machine off. She could have waited until we were done before shutting things down. There was also an odor to the carpet in the lobby and on the floor where our room was. Another thing that I failed to mention was that there was only one trashcan and one mirror in the room. Why?We had to go in the to throw away trash. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that did not have a mirror on the wall in the room where you can check your appearance upon leaving. I think that’s ridiculous.
what I liked about the property was that it was quiet and clean. The front clerk upon check in was nice and accommodating.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was ridiculous. I went down 1 hour after they opened on a Saturday. There were 2 bagels and 1 piece of bread. A few other things but I had to take my family elsewhere for breakfast. The bathroom was large but had no counter space. A simple cart or end table would have been nice to have a spot for my things. There was plenty of room for one.
The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The area was fine.
