The light switch right inside the door did not work. I told management and was told it would be fixed. Ultimately, it was never fixed during my whole stay. It felt unsafe and I was unsure about entering the room because it'd be so dark till I got to turn the light on. I was never told or warned there was going to be a pool party, which meant loud music was played right outside my room till midnight on Saturday night. On top of people yelling. There were signs for ice, and when I found the ice machine, it didn't work. I had to ask for it at the front desk and they got it from the bar - which meant I had no access to ice then later because the bar was closed. My key cards kept not working. Each day I had to go and have them reprogrammed. Saturday morning, for some reason, there was a loud bang and the building shook. This happened many times.

The room was ok. The bed was good. I slept really well, especially the first night. And the pillows were good, which is unusual, I'm pretty picky about pillows. The shower was nice; good pressure. The chair with a hassock was nice. The staff was nice. And the place was empty in my area, so it was quiet most of the time. When it first opened, it seemed like the place was awesome. But was upkeep was not done and looked run down in much of the building.

First of all I booked the pool view king room and paid for it through booking.com but when I reached I didn’t get the room with the pool view. The hotel staff said they have maintenance going on in other rooms and I never got any refund from hotel and booking.com. I will blame booking.com since they posted it on their website and I made reservation through them.

The location of hotel is just 5-10 mins close to fast food restaurants and within 30-45 mins of downtown Stroudsburg.

Bar and construction were noisy late into night. The carpets were filthy and the pool was closed for renovations. No room cleaning/restock unless requested and the room smelled as if someone had smoked in it for years.

Let see. It was very noisy late at night while we were trying to get some sleep. Some of the furniture was pretty much outdated. There was no kind of complimentary water. The room was rather warm.

It was the cheapest hotel there that was available.

There was a few issues with the room. I had no duvet only sheets on the bed. No shampoo or conditioner was in the bathroom. Toilet bowl had a slow leak as well. Also the water in the shower would not get hot, nuke warm was the hottest it would get but fortunately my wife and I don't mind showers at that temperature in the morning.

I liked the heated pool and the bar with pool table. The owner and staff was very friendly. They also have a Tiki bar by the poolside but unfortunately it wasn't open at the time we were staying. The hotel is located 10 minutes from Main street where local businesses, shops, restaurants and bars are. They have a huge parking lot and there is plenty of space for parties inside the hotel.

The place was not very clean there was visible dust every where the toilet was not secure. Staff did not bring towels like we asked nor come fix the toilet.

The enjoyed the the pool. Also we enjoyed that our room was poolside.

no remote,air conditioner filter dirty,trash behind night stand, bed was running down hill and had to lift it to put wheel back on,no hangers,hair dryer not working,Luke warm shower first morning,no ice bucket/coffee machine/ glasses/microwave but my daughter had them in her room, her room had a empty hole in bathroom ceiling where the vent was suppose to be and ceiling fan didn’t work.they must have full time renters because they hang outside in pajamas smoking and have campfires. at least I didn’t see any roaches

The idea of the hotel was really cool. But I think it peaked like 10 years ago. We stayed in the pool area and there were leaks all coming from the glass ceiling. The locks on the doors and the people who were there were a little questionable. There were 2 tiles missing from the bathroom ceiling. One above the shower. The staff was kind . The vending machines were limited. Its kinda like a motel.
