The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly! The pool was open and functioning well. The rooms were huge! And very comfortable. I have no complaints.

The pool was absolutely freezing. The beds were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was really good. The size of the rooms was good too. I like that it's close to major restaurants and stores.

The sports teams that were there took over the place. Kids were not monitored and ran the halls chasing, running & yelling. Parents were oblivious. Management should have spoken to their parents. Had to go after fresh linens. Only 1 wash cloth for a 2 person room. Parents of the team filled hugh thermoses from the juice machine in the breakfast room, leaving the machine empty for other patrons. Had a hard time making the kitchen staff understand what was needed refilled in the kitchen.

The breakfasts were excellent. Friendly staff. Management was very sweet. Picked me up at the airport when I was late arriving, then provided my friend & me with a ride back to the airport in her personal car so we could get a car rental.

We were with grandkids and were planning on swimming. The heater was out, and we were not able to use it. 😥 Our bathtub did not look like it had been cleaned ; there was still hair in it from the last people staying there.

The lady at the front desk was really sweet...she made you feel welcomed.

The pool wasn't working and that's the only reason I went there because my daughter wanted to go swimming. There was a sign taped to the window stating if you want to swim anyway let front desk know but when I checked the water it was so cold - way to cold for a child to swim in. I do have to say though the breakfast was good and the rooms were ok. The wifi worked well and staff was ok and to the point with any questions I had

It’s not on the property managers per se but there were baseball teams in town and the noise at night sounded like bowling balls all night long.

The breakfast was hot, location was perfect with a lot of things in the area. The rooms were clean but could use some updates. But overall very satisfied! Will stay there again.

The free shuttle is not 24/7. I had to pay $40 for an Uber to go to the airport ; 2 miles away.

We have ALWAYS had daily cleaning service on multiple night stays and we’re not informed that this had changed. It was disappointing to return in the evening to find that nothing had been done to the room. They did bring us a couple of clean towells and emptied a trash can after we contacted the desk. The quality and taste of breakfast has deteriorated.

The room was nice, clean, and what we’ve come to expect from Comfort Hotels. The location was convenient to major highways and restaurants.

The bathroom could use a remodel. The tub wasn't very clean and the carpet wasn't very clean either.

The front desk girl checked us in but when we got up to the room and saw that it was a king bed with pull out couch, I immediately called down to the desk. We had reserved a suite with 2 queen beds. I felt like she didn’t believe me. I went down to the desk to ask for an additional pillow or two and to show her my room confirmation details on booking.com. She told me she didn’t have another room for us and gave me 1 pillow. I just felt like it didn’t matter to her. She just could have been kinder and at least apologized for the mix up, I had already told her we would make do with the room but would like some extra pillows because our daughter was now going to face to sleep in a pull out couch instead of a bed.

The only thing that wasn't good was about the pool, the water was very cold.

The spa in the pool area was closed (it had no water and was covered with boards). I chose this hotel over others because I knew after nine hours in a car I wanted to relax in a hot tub. No one mentioned it at check-in, so I put on my suit and headed down and had to turn around and go back.

The grandkids said there was to much chlorine in the pool, but loved the hot tub. The pool wasn't really an issue because family in Wichita have pools that the kids were in the majority of the time. 😂

I thought with planes flying over, we would hear them but the rooms must be very insulated or something because we didn't hear anything! No one in the hall or outdoors. We stayed 6 nights & it was great! Breakfast was also really good! Our grandkids really enjoyed everything about it. Staff was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Carpet in our room was sticky and surfaces were dusty. Couldn’t tell if the room hadn’t been used for a while or they didn’t clean surfaces. No hot food for breakfast when we ate at 9:30 with our three children, although they said breakfast runs until 10am. If it’s open, then food should be available until close.

There was so much chlorine in the pool our eyes were burning and we didn’t even go under. They ran out of bottled water for sale. No towels in pool area.
